I’ve ordered numerous times from this location. First time they messed up my order, my cheese stuffed bread was wrong. It was supposed to be spinach and feta. It was just plain cheese. Also the parm bites came just plain dough bites with nothing on them. Called to complain they asked if I wanted credit or redelivery. I said redelivery. The order never came. Customer service was horrible. They were very rude about it. The next time they messed up my order, I went to pick it up myself. It was a simple order of a pizza with onions mushrooms and olives along with lava cakes. I got the lava cakes and a pizza with pineapple and jalapeños. I’m glad I checked before leaving the parking lot. It was wrong. I went back inside to have them remake it. Only for them to remake it with no gloves on, two of the three employees just standing there, three customers waiting and when I got the pizza it wasn’t cooked all the way. Mind you I was visibly pregnant at the time. Won’t be going to this location any more.

This has been our go to Pizza place, however, recently, too many occurances of meat creeping into veggie pizzas. We usually ignore small issues, but Today’s pacific veggie had 2 big pieces of peperoni.. threw that slice away, but kept finding many smaller pieces of meat. Had to throw the whole thing.

8:33 PM delivered
According to this it took someone 54 minutes to put together a 3 topping pizza. 8 minutes to bake. Then 22 minutes to see if it was baked as ordered. Then 14 minutes to deliver.
Baking & delivery are acceptable. You should be ashamed of your operation for the other delays!
It tasted like leftover pizza when delivered.

This location has consistently produced an exceptional pizza, superior to some other locations I have tried. However, I will call out the company for bait and switch practices with the current promotion of a “Free” emergency pizza. In the commercials you see people getting their free pizza (and nothing else) when you need one. I fell for the scam and ordered with the expectation I would redeem my free pizza within the allotted time (it does expire). When you try to redeem the offer, you are hit with the reality that there is a minimum order of $15 in order to get delivery. Once you add the needed items, pay for the $4.99 delivery fee (who gets that?) and then add a tip for the driver, you have paid just as much as if you placed a regular order. If I had the resources to sue them for false advertising, I would. The pizza is technically free but is this really ethical?
Follow Up: The manager or someone in the office must have noticed my review and they sent me a free pizza.

Update: When there is an occasion like Halloween or something, don’t even bother this place! Or you can see it for yourself and waste over one hour of your time waiting there watching them mixing things up!
Generally it’s a good domino’s store. However, last night they made a big mistake and gave me a totally different pizza with pepperoni and sausage (we don’t eat pork) which I found out when I got home. They should develop a better system to prevent this kind of mistakes.

Delivery service is atrocious. Pizza comes out of oven and sits at “checking quality” on the app for 30-40 minutes before a delivery driver is on the way with it. Lukewarm or cold
