Made a group order with my coworkers the other morning but we usually go to the one on MacArthur drive which they are great. Not this location tho. We only came to this one bc on Sunday this was the only location that opens earlier than 6. THEY have the hours posted as 5:30 but god forbid you show up at that time because they will look at you sideways for showing up at the times they have posted lol. After feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome by the staff I finally got the donuts and coffee and we did not like them. Tasted like they had been sitting out a while which is crazy since I got there right as they were opening. Maybe they left them out overnight. Definitely go to MacArthur drive instead of this one

Came to Shipleys this morning and first thing they tell me is they’re out of milk. Ordered 3 donuts and it was obvious they had been sitting out the whole night and there wasn’t much glaze on them. Use to come here all the time as a kid but just doesn’t hit the same anymore. Stale, cold, overpriced. I recommend going to starlight donuts by circle k in Jackson they always have hot and fresh donuts there

Delicious donuts. The service was ok. They didn’t have any dozen donut boxes so had to get 2 boxes of half a dozen donuts. But would definitely recommend the donuts especially in the mornings when they are fresh

I only got kolchies. The sausage and cheese and jalapeño was great but I wasn’t too fond of the bread they use. I didn’t eat it.. I can’t speak for all the food in the store tho. Just… give it a try at least. 😉

Nasty Nasty Nasty and disgusting The Glazed Donuts full of mold the white lady Ms Nice Nasty told me it was just burnt pieces in the grease the lies was unreal I told her I know exactly what molded Bread looks like why would you be selling toxic donuts to costumers I have photos and videos I will never go back and I don’t recommend anyone to eat here never in life unless eating mold is normal for them this place also looks very dirty from the outside to the inside. The Alexandria Jackson St location quality of their donuts have declined over the years. I have to go to the Pineville, Monroe Hwy location for good donuts. I keep trying to give the Jackson st location a try every so often, but always a disappointment. Don’t get filled donuts at the Jackson St. location, they barely fill them each time. Not sure what they are saving the filling for.
