Fun experience in a hotel that was stayed in by “Unsinkable” Molly Brown after she survived the Titanic. Great architecture, in a distinctive triangle shape, with a stunning and haunted eight story atrium with a stained glass skylight. No wood was used for the floors or walls. Walls were gorgeous stone. The architect Frank Edbrooke also designed the nearby Oxford Hotel. Service at Ship’s Tavern was top-notch, and there were fun touches on the food. If you love Colorado History, don’t miss this place.

Everything we wanted and more! Exquisite food and service. The atmosphere is incredible. Very friendly staff; a reservation didn’t show so we were able to grab a table for the finest Christmas dinner.

First-time visitor. While downtown Denver, we decided to stop for a quick snack and a beer. The bartender service was friendly and overall good. The greeter at the entrance door was outstanding! I’m sorry not to remember his name,he offered to take a picture of my sister and I in the midst of terrible cold snowy weather. Now that is outstanding service! Thank you.

This restaurant is so awesome and has an amazing setting. The staff is so friendly and considerate. We tried the Pastrami and the Seafood Pasta. Both were phenomenal. The fries are cooked perfectly. The Pastrami sandwich is dressed perfectly. And the seafood pasta was perfectly al dente and the ratio of sauce and meat was exactly right. We had the Isabella Sterling (I think that’s what it was called) made with Botanist Gin, lavender infused St Germain, and Moet Brut. Everything was perfect about this restaurant. We really want to go back to try more.

Great history and fun place for drinks and lunch/apps. We had the prime rib sandwich and greek chicken salad which were both tasty. Our bartender Daniel was very attentive and provided good drinks and restaurant recommendations too. Glad we checked this place out!

Came for the atmosphere and left with more than just satisfaction. The decor gave a sense of tavern but on a ship. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The tavern itself has some history to it. Menu had decent variety and the chef did NOT disappoint! If I lived closer I would dine here regularly. Try anything with truffle you won’t regret it!

Food was mediocre at best, and Service sucked, except for the hostess. She was on point! I would say avoid it at all costs, but it’s still a beautiful hotel.
