i tried some of their new skewers (wagyu, chicken and onion). the wagyu was actually wagyu but cold in the center which was a bit odd, still a pleasant eat. the chicken and onion though was spot on perfect. nice and juicy chicken marinated in a delicious glaze and that charred onion with it is so good.
i did bite the bullet and try the wagyu ramen. it’s crazy that they use slices of real wagyu for this but if i’m being 100% honest the Tom Yum ramen blows this bowl away. the wagyu is great but it’s just better off being offered as an add on topping on the side or as an upgrade for their beef bowl. the broth for this was unfortunately one of the most off putting broths i had of any ramen which was surprising because their Tom Yum ramen is so good. their other ramen are inoffensively mid. get the Tom Yum ramen. these guys are second to none for it.
the beef bowl i wound up ordering as a hail Mary substitute for the wagyu ramen bowl and this delivered. the beef was nicely thin and very little unrendered fat made its way in making for a flavorful and juicy experience. love the generous amount of pickled ginger they put on too.
if they let you pay for an upgrade to the wagyu they have for this beef bowl i legit think this would be the best beef bowl in the vicinity. also next time i may add a poached egg to it if that’s an option, i kinda don’t remember off hand.
GET: Tom Yum ramen , beef bowl , skewers
PASS: wagyu ramen
OH! we also got the Thai Ice Tea and some whipped coffee thing they have. both are 5-star S-tier beverages
service: there is usually two servers here usually on shift during the midnight run. they are pleasant.
ambiance: small shop that off of spring mountain rd. They have a couple booths with cushion seating and a big table in the middle of the restaurant that can fit a fairly large party. plenty and plenty of parking around midnight.
My first time, my wife being experienced knew I was in for a treat.
The flavors in every dish I had the pleasure to taste has guaranteed my return.
My compliments to cooks and staff
We ordered tonkotsu ramen, spicy miso ramen and tender beef bowl and they were super yummy! The waiter was super nice! The vibes are always nice here! AND its open 24/7 a las vegas necessity!

Had a very nice evening at Shinjuku ramen restaurant the other day. My vegan dining companion was very impressed with The appetizer bun and the vegan ramen.
I ordered the pork broth spicy miso ramen, the bowl was excellent with a perfect gel like egg! My only complaint is that the shashu was a bit fatty and not as tender as I would have liked.
I definitely will be back to explore more menu options
Super flavorful broths, fast service and cute decor.
Tried some ramen, yuzeade which was refreshing and delicious, and some takoyaki and croquettes.
Everything was delicious!!
They have many vegan options here which was surprising as they also have quite a few authentic japanese options.
Loved it so much that we got doordash the next day for more.
Also worth trying is any of their desserts- I tried the matcha crepe mili and it did not disappoint. Will look forward to trying more on the menu in the future
