Had lunch here with my employee and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and welcoming.
The Korean food was very authentic, and the jjamppong was very delicious.
We’ll definitely be back for more!

I went to this restaurant twice this week and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and kind. They also opened a K-pop Chicken spot next door. One of my friends tried it and said it was good too. I was very satisfied with my experience. I hope their business continues to do well!

They serve any customer now not just Hyundai affiliates. There is a reason that my supplier and Hyundai choose this establishment for our daily lunch program.
This is the most authentic and flavorful Korean food I’ve had outside of Insa-dong/Anyang.
You won’t regret coming here. The jjang and the broth in their soup are perfect.

Shilla K-BBQ is about as close to real Korean food as you’ll find in the U.S. I’ve been to Korea multiple times, and this place nails both the flavors and the experience.

Don’t expect a polished, trendy interior — it’s more cafeteria-style and clearly a startup. Some Americans may be put off by that, but you don’t eat the decor. The food is excellent and very traditional. If you want authentic Korean BBQ where you cook your own meat, this is the spot.

They even serve Korean-Chinese dishes like jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), prepared the way you’d actually get it in Korea — a big plus and not something you see often.

The owners are an older Korean couple: kind, attentive, and very Korean. If you’re expecting American-style service, you might misread it — some of the bad reviews clearly do. Judge this place on the food, not on cultural differences.

Bottom line: If authenticity matters to you, go. If ambiance matters more than flavor, maybe not.

All the staff were friendly and neatly presented. had jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and chicken, and there was nothing to be desired. The taste was exactly the same as what I had in Korea.

This restaurant is supposed to specialized in eel bbq rather than traditional Korean bbq. As for the eels, I find it’s decent. I think it is precooked and so the meat dried out a bit. The bbq is pretty average. We also ordered fermented bean soup (dwenjang jjige) and I can feel that it’s different than most Korean restaurant. This place seems more like home-cooking so it is less salty which I kinda like it but if you prefer standard Korean restaurant flavors, you will have to take the risk. When we went the restaurant was empty even though it’s Friday night and I’m not quite sure why—it could be the price tag. We spent like $90 per person and I have to say that it’s pricey for Korean BBQ
