There was a problem with the delivery of my order and I was quick to leave an emotionally based (aka hANGRY) review. When I called the Manager today, he was quick to restore my faith in this business and customer service by making sure that I am more than satisfied. Thank you, Sir! After a long day, sometimes you want what you want , and when you want it , so when the expectation fell short, I was more than a bit disappointed.

Not sure who made my pizza, but kudos to you. But, both pan style pizzas were delivered (in less time than expected) and they were awesome. The crust was actually crispy and I have never expected that from delivery or dominos pizza. I ordered, Pan style supreme, and a pan style chicken, bacon, onion, and spinach w/ Alfredo sauce. Both were Excellent. I’ve not one complaint except that I wish it was like that all the time. Well done Everyone!

Now I see why they have a 3 star overall rating. They skip over orders and have an hour wait for a simple pizza and tater tots. Last time I come to this store. Owner needs to step up and get this store in shape. For sub par pizza I could get the same pizza from little Cesar’s for 1/8 of the time.

I am extremely unhappy with how my pizza turned out and the service from the team member that I spoke with on the phone. My pizza was literally burnt BLACK on the edges and the cheese on top was overcooked (black), so I called the store asking for a remake and offered to bring the pizza back. The woman on the phone told me that they’ve been cooking their pizzas “well done” because of complaints about it being doughy. I told her I will come back for a remake still, and she said if I want it doughy, then she will make a new one and that there’s no in between. I changed my mind about a remake and simply won’t go here again. I don’t appreciate her comment nor lack of apology as I did not ask for a doughy pizza or an attitude; I expected a pizza that was golden brown. A doughy/overcooked pizza is not a customer issue as we aren’t the ones making it. Y’all make pizzas all day and thought this was acceptable to box up for a paying customer. If you don’t like your job, just say that.

Most unprofessional, rude staff I’ve encountered in a long time! 12/25/25 @ 9 pm! Never got my oder made me hold for 45 minutes then they hung up! Called back still on hold another 20 minutes no answer!! I will be going 8n person for refund….horrible!

If I could give zero I would. I worked at a pizza spot before if you stop taking orders at a certain time then don’t put open until 1 I came in at 12:30 it doesn’t take that long to make a pizza. Put that you’re closed at 12:30 or at least that you stop taking orders at that time.

No one greeted me when I walked in. The young gal that was running the registers seemed super irritated that she had to do her job.
I use a food stamps card. EVERYWHERE
I go, including another domino’s, does not add the tax when I pay. This one charged incorrectly and added the tax even though I showed her on my phone that it was incorrect.
Will not be dining here again.

Long time customer, pulled up at 12:01 and the guy rushed to lock the door and then acted like he didn’t see me when I was standing there waving. Stood there for 5 minutes and he was right in front of me. I won’t be back, I’ve been contemplating going elsewhere for some time. This is that time. Goodbye Domino’s.
