The food has always been good when you can get it. Tried calling over 20 times to get a busy signal. Tried one last time, someone answered, put me on hold and was on hold for 10 minutes before I just hung up. ♀️ This isn’t the first time this has happened.
If you’re that busy or short staffed- put a message on the phone and door that says “dine in service only”. The food pricing is high enough to cover the cost of a better phone/call in system. Disappointed.

I love Shiki, my favorite Japanese restaurant around. Never had a bad experience, food and service is always good. Only complaint is prices keep going up but the food is still worth it, just don’t eat there as often as I used to because of the prices. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week but now about 1-2 times a month but food is still great.

I ordered lunch for me and my boss. My boss got a kids meal and I got a side of rice, mind you that side of rice was?5.90. When I asked if it came with white sauce, “no only the kids meal does.” I’m sorry, if I’m paying you 5.90 for a side of rice, I should’ve been able to get an additional white sauce. I’m not and shouldn’t have to pay an additional 2.50 for a little cup of white sauce when I’ve already paid 5.90 for rice. Very disappointing.

OMG what amazing food. Can’t say enough good things about everything we ate and from the pictures you can see we ordered a lot lol. It was all wonderful.the service was unbeatable. Especially since we ate late. If you have not tried this place you are missing out! Highly recommended Max waited on us and was super attentive and so nice!

It hurts my heart to have to do this but I came in today with my wife we got sat down pretty fast then never talked to again. A family came in after us and they got their drinks and got to order before us even though we had been the for 10 minutes already. Y’all need better waiting staff.

Friday night and the place was crowded but had tables available. The waitstaff was attentive and brought our food out in a timely manner. The sushi rolls were delicious and the hibachi was awesome! We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is located in front of the Lowes Hardware Store and is accessible from both East and Westbound Interstate 40 and East and Westbound US 64 by the use of US 601 ( Yadkinville Road ). My wife and I stopped by for lunch, I ordered the hibachi chicken with rice and mixed vegetables and she ordered the hibachi shrimp with rice and mixed vegetables. The meals were served to us fresh and hot from the kitchen and in large portions. The food was good and our waiter was outstanding. Only drawback from our meal was the price which was more in line with a restaurant in Charlotte or Greensboro instead of Davie County

Tried this place for the first time a few years ago because it was close to our hotel. Now, it’s a must stop every time we visit. What a gem for Mocksville! This place has great sushi, hibachi and huge portions! And y’all the Kimchi soup is amazing! Perfect for a cold day with just the right amount of spice. If you like ramen, you must try this soup! The staff here is as good as the food! Our server, Nyoman, remembers us every time we come in even though that’s only a couple times a year! He is always super polite, funny and takes good care of us! He’s a five star employee!
