We went through drive through, so I don’t know what it’s like inside. My fish sandwich was wonderful. Really hot so let it cool off a bit before you eat it so you don’t burn your mouth. But all the employees are nice and we didn’t have to wait long at all. You pull up after you pay, and wait a minute for them to bring your food out to your car. I tried the cheese poppers for the first time, they were good, fully cooked, and the cheese was stretchy, which alot of people like the cheese pull.

I love culver’s but not as much as I used to. Did you switch frozen food supplier? The fries are not meeting your usual high quality. They are smaller and greasy. The service is not as good as it used to be. The custard is almost always over churned at this location.

Order went in 8:32 pm on 7/10/25. Gentlemen at the window (I didn’t catch his name) has great customer service even asked me how I was and was extremely helpful and polite while pulling a double shift. Great service he deserves a raise for his effort as it shouldn’t go unnoticed.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no lettuce with fries and an Oreo Concrete Mixer. After paying, I waited 20+ minutes for my order and when I finally was given my food I received a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no mayo, lettuce, or pickles, no fries, and no concrete mixer. Completely disappointed and crazy to see from a store with a 4.3 star rating.
