We had an amazing experience at Shiitake Sizzle Asian Cuisine. The food was super, super good. I ordered the shrimp sizzle with noodles, and my wife had the beef sizzle with noodles—both dishes were packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and came out sizzling hot.

The drinks were a highlight too. My wife absolutely loved the passion fruit fizzy soda, and I had the strawberry fizzy soda, which was easily a 10/10—refreshing and not overly sweet.

The restaurant itself has a really nice atmosphere: very clean, welcoming, and comfortable, with friendly staff that made us feel taken care of from start to finish.

We’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Asian food and a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered the beef sizzle noodle and it was DELICIOUS. Ordered over the phone, it was ready to pickup in 15 mins. You can tell the ingredients they use are fresh and high quality. The price is more than fair for the portion and quality. Tons of flavor, great service, will definitely be coming back!

They are very professional and pleasant. The meals came out quickly. I’m going to call this a hidden gem . If you are downtown, stop in and enjoy a very flavorful meal.
The chicken rice sizzle did not even need soy sauce.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner, and wow — this place turned out to be a hidden gem! We originally found it while looking for Lenten-friendly options, and it did not disappoint.
We started with the Mushroom Appetizer Platter — mushrooms they actually grow and harvest themselves (how cool is that?). The batter was so perfectly crisp, I was half-tempted to beg for the recipe or at least bribe someone for it! The dipping sauce was the finishing touch — savory, tangy, and addictive.
For our entrees, I went with the Tofu Curry, which had that perfect trifecta of deep flavor, fresh ingredients, and satisfying texture. Every bite was balanced and comforting. My husband had the Tofu Peanut Noodles — vibrant, just the right amount of sweetness, and absolutely bursting with flavor.
The atmosphere was calm, warm, and welcoming — a peaceful spot to unwind after a long day. The service was exceptional. I was greeted by the owner’s wife, whose kindness and knowledge of the menu made the whole experience feel personal. You can tell there’s heart behind everything they do.
It’s family-owned, beautifully run, and clearly built on passion for good food and genuine hospitality — something we truly value as small business owners ourselves.
Bottom line? Go! Don’t think twice. Whether you’re vegan, fasting, or just love amazing, thoughtfully made food, this place will win you over from the first bite.

Great cozy place. Food is phenomenal! We tried curry chicken katsu, beef noodle soup and sushi tacos. All was delicious and full of flavor. Beef was very tender, melts in your mouth. Their honey lemon ginger tea had a perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of spice from ginger. Can’t wait to come back and try more items.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. We came in with a very large group, and our waitress never missed a beat. She was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely engaged with every single one of us. She worked hard to get all of our food out quickly and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.

And the food — outstanding. Every dish at our table was a hit. If you go, you have to try the tempura mushrooms. Those alone are enough to bring me back.

A true gem of a restaurant, and we’ll definitely be returning soon.

Don’t know what all the hype is about. Overpriced hand over fist. $20 before tip with fountain drink. I’m a regular amount eating kind of guy. I usually take food home. None was taken home and I wasn’t quite fulfilled. I mean look at my picture carefully; there’s like 12 cents worth of rice in about twice that amount worth of broccoli. A bit of tofu. Sure judge me on the tofu, I don’t care. My first time to Moses lake. Sorry I spent it there. Wasn’t bad but the Korean music that was cutting out because the Wi-Fi probably wasn’t good enough just probably added to it. I knew I should have got some good Mexican food. Just seemed really staged. Like we have hot cast iron to serve your food in so you’re going to pay a bunch. The sauce was tasty though I’ll give them that. And the service was friendly. Collie on duty.

I’d add a photo of my food (the shrimp sizzle)- but it was so good it disappeared too fast.
It came out with a true “sizzle”- and tasted divine.
Kids loved their beef noodle dish as well!
Great clean atmosphere, fast and friendly service- genuinely loved it 🙂
