We went for late lunch. The place is clean and well decorated. The service was excellent, and the sushi was delicious. I also ordered a poke bowl. It had a lot of fish, and I could not even finish it.

Firstly the staff at this restaurant are some of the sweetest and caring people. I’ve been to Shibui twice and got the same level of high quality sushi both times. The fish is extremely fresh and quite literally melts in your mouth, the best sushi I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The food was fresh and delicious. We were just passing by and decided to give this place a try since it was already on my list. It was quite busy on the weekend, but they kindly accommodated us as there was still an hour before the next reservation. I’d definitely recommend booking ahead on weekends. My husband is not a fan of sushi at all, but even he said it was nice lol. Next time, I’ll stop by on a weekday to see how it feels then, and I really want to try some of the other dishes. Prices are quite reasonable for the area and the quality you get.

Stopped in for a quick dinner and were blown away by the fantastic service and food. We ordered a yam roll, an eel roll, and a maki/sushi combo and everything was phenomenal.

The niguiris recommended by the chef were incredible, also the misu soup was really good. The whole experience is really good, the service is nice, the place small but cozy, and the food taste really good. I will be back for sure.

What a hidden gem!
I just tried this sushi place for the first time and it completely blew me away. Everything was super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The rolls and nigiri tasted amazing! I can really tell they care about quality. Definitely my new go-to spot for sushi in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Not only was all the Food delicious but the service and the outdoor patio was just what we were looking for. Thank you ShiBui Japanese Eatery for hosting my Family luncheon this past Friday. Everyone who attended raved about your delicious Sushi and Sashimi, we were all so very impressed. It was so nice that you were able to provide an assortment of vegetarian sushi options as well. Those who didn’t eat seafood were so appreciative! Thank you Ami for helping me organize this, to all your Chefs for making us such a delicious luncheon and to all your staff who were all so helpful and kind! Your Restaurant is a real Gem and I’m so lucky to have found you!

Incredible sushi, very fresh fish thoughtfully arranged and garnished. Service was prompt and friendly despite having no reservation, and it was fun to sit at the bar and watch the chef! Prices were reasonable as well, we had an excellent dining experience 🙂

A modest, unassuming restaurant with amazing sushi. Not only do they have stellar presentations, but the rice is expertly prepared and the fish was outstanding. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’d eat here again. Overall excellent food quality at a good price.

First time coming and I think it’s now my favourite sushi place! It’s a very small place and not sure if they take reservations but even if you have to wait for a table, it’s worth the wait, you will not be disappointed!
I am so happy I found this place to close to my home, I can’t wait to come back!!
