This is my first time at the Taco truck and it was SO GOOD! I ordered the Gringa and a Taco with Sudero. The Gringa was perfect! Heavenly bites and the Sudero Taco was soooo tasty! I’m coming back and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought a pastor burrito and a pastor alambre (a type of taco dish). I didn’t eat it there; I ordered it to go. When I opened it, I realized that all my food was burned, it was tough, and it tasted spoiled. I couldn’t go back because I was already far from the tacotruck. I work and travel from place to place, and I was too far away to go back and return the food.
This happened on February 4th around noon in the truck that was on El Camino Real in Redwood City.

First time to go May/2021 and it was tasty, loved it. I ordered a $2.50 taco Al Pastor (grilled pork) which was very very good, highly recommended. I also really liked the Chorizo taco which is mildly spicy. The $2.75 Lengua (yes, tongue) and taco is pretty good if you like softer bites. I will definitely be coming back to try the many other items that look great! The Al Pastor Burrito Super is one of the best burritos anywhere for $10.

This is the best Bay Area taco I’ve ever had. Recently my hobby is a taco tour in Bay area.
I like that they give you a slice of cucumber for every taco. Ah, the tacos here are super hot temperature that even in the summer, steam rises from the asada, so I recommend eating them as soon as you receive them.

The taco meat was flavorful and green sauce topped it off nicely with a bit of a kick. The quesadilla was tender (not pan seared) and oozing with greasy goodness (had carnitas). Nice service and easy access.

TRY THE QUESABIRRIA. this is not your typical quesabirria that’s pretty thin. The ratio is completely overwhelmed with meat and it’s freaking massive. One quesabirria and one taco filled me up. They don’t skimp on anything. It’s heavy stuff but freaking addicting!
Okay, let’s not undermine the tacos—they’re AMAZING. I’ve made a 20-30 min drive multiple times to have these little pockets of happiness. The meat is always fresh, juicy and flavorful. I’ve tried the al pastor, carnitas and carne asada tacos and they’re all literally perfect.
They have a salsa verde (pretty mild) included with the tacos and consome with the quesabirria. Both are great. Not sure if they have a spicier salsa but definitely going to ask next time.
It’s a thing to just eat this in or on top of your car so you can enjoy them fresh off the line.
