Hours have changed. Wasting my time finding a way there when they’ve closed 2 hours early everyday. I don’t know if there’s new management or something. Being someone who works late and has limited leg movement, this really upset me.

Not the liquor store I frequent but I worked late tonight so I stopped here because it’s the only place open near my house, the guy at the window was very rude. He has longer black hair and a limp, asked for the item I wanted and he stated “your the fourth person who asked for that today we don’t have it” like it’s my fault they don’t have it. So I proceeded to ask if they have it in a 4 pack instead his response nope go to another shenanigans tomorrow is our delivery day we don’t have it. He than proceeded to storm off, and grab the new item I asked him for came back to the window slammed the beer down took my id and debit card handed the item id and debit card back and mumbled something under his breath. If you hate your job get a new one, I will not be returning.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star for the service is because the guy at the window is very rude. The last few times I’ve come to the window to make a purchase he’s got an attitude. Even if he doesn’t have an attitude he needs to learn how to talk to people. I’m tired of giving him the benefit of the doubt. I don’t come to him in a rude manner and I always say thank you.

These people don’t even know what they’re doing. If they weren’t the only place in Kenosha to get hard alcohol after 9 o’clock, I would never go here! I asked them for Ian J Apple they say they don’t have any that I asked them for Bacardi raspberry and they give me Smirnov‘s raspberry. Go to return it after I realize that and they tell me they can’t return alcohol, so I’m supposed to inspect everything that they give me before I leave the drive-through. These people are exactly where they should be not in the educated position. Good luck getting what you want.

Saturdays are the best days to go – hands down. My husband & I call it “Bloody Mary Saturday” because their burgers are their food specials on Saturdays (w/fries) & we pair them with Bloody Marys & Miller Lite chasers.
