I got the Santa Fe chicken sub today and while it was delicious, it took 10 minutes to pick all the pieces of aluminum foil out of my sandwich with tweezers. Whoever made it wrapped it in aluminum foil, then parchment paper, before cutting it in half through both, leaving shredded foil in my sub. I went with a friend and he said his sandwich had the same issue. I’m not very fond of eating shredded foil, so they should change how they assemble and wrap

Overall this place is pretty good. That’s why I gave it a 3 and not 2.
Atmosphere is noisy with alot of echo. I’m sure it could be dampened with more wall hangings. As it is we could barely hear ourselves talk.
The fries are great, 5 out of 5.
My hot ham and cheese was a 2.
Barely any meat, the cheese was guey and ran out all over the place, what they lake’s in meat they made up in way too much lettuce. The bun was good.
I did have a 4 out of 5 steak n cheese there a while back. Maybe they changed cheese brands.
I’d go back but not at lunchtime. Too crowded and loud.

High quality sandwiches in a really pleasant atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed the turkey cranberry sub with side salad. Delicious bread and awesome dressing..
Not overdone. Sat by the fireplace on comfy couch. Enjoy.

I love the vibes and food here! 3 places wrapped into one and everything is good. Definitely recommend their adult milkshakes.

My coworker recommended this place and it’s 5 mins from my job so I decided to give it a try. The cashier was friendly and gave me time to look over the menu. I ordered “The Cubano” sandwich and a cup of the White Chicken Chili. Great food and great value to grab a quick lunch. I read other reviews that recommended going to the counter to order might be faster versus ordering online. I definitely will go back to try the other tasty items they have available.

Corned beef melt was excellent pic w/ fries. Fries were truly some of the best I’ve ever had. Glad I finally tried them.
Roast beef melt (pic) (like a cheesesteak sub) was excellent. Quality roll and taste was great.
Cubano melt (pic) was also great, have them add some extra mustart. And the Stromboli Melt (pic) was great.
The Reuben was also great, but I’d recommend it on their roll instead of rye. Sacrilege I know, but their rolls are just awesome. Be careful upcharges tho.
I’ve had one Garden Salad w/ Tuna Salad (pic). It was tasty, filling and all fresh, no brown lettuce.
However, I don’t recommend their chicken sandwiches. Meat was chewy, couldn’t finish it, like it was frozen thawed and frozen again or something.
Also had their cheeseburger on a sub. The meat again the weak spot. I don’t know if they cook this on site or not.
Their Italian Cold Cut (pic) was pretty good. The meats were bunched up in the middle, but it was really tasty with oil and vinegar and banana peppers.
They now have a coffee bar (place next door went out of business they took it over summer 2021). I like their cold brew iced coffee for my after lunch treat.
They now have a side business that is a brewery, supposed to open by summer 2022. 2022. See pictures, large garage door seating.

About a week ago I took my family to lunch after picking them up from the airport. I ordered their Feta Chicken Sandwich that was displayed outside. I didn’t like the olive flavor from their dressing and so I was going to take half of it home to my boyfriend (he loves olives). When I was taking my last bite my whole family, and I hear a hard crunch and I just feel instant pain. It was a piece of bone and it cracked my permeant dental bridge. I was in shock. We addressed the situation to the store manager. She ended up saying there is nothing really they can do about it and gave us a 20$ gift card. She stated its happened before that someone has found bones in their sandwiches. I gave them my information to see if they could address this situation to their upper leadership because not only was it painful, but to get it fixed it’s going to coast me over $2,000. My hope is that they address their manufactures or meat distributors and or warn people because it can be a chocking hazard for adults and children who come here.

I’ve eaten at this location and interacted with the staff a lot in the past few years and everyone is always happy and welcoming, and very willing to make substitutions for their menu items

I will probably not go back to pepper Jack subs again.
The sandwich exploded when I unwrapped it at home. The cheese and veggies all fell out, so I ended up tossing the soggy bread and remaking the sandwich with my own bread. I don’t see why I should spend 14+ dollars on such a disappointment. Whoever put together this sandwich didn’t follow any logic in assembly and the bread isn’t large enough for a proper sub. With such small bread the veggie cuts should also be small but instead I got giant chunks that tumbled out on the first bite.
Maybe the meat centric sandwiches are fine but I wouldn’t go back if I’m looking for a veggie sub.

For the price points and with so many other options I just will not come back here…the 7-inch sub doesn’t have enough meat The people are nice that work here but as you can see by the picture the sun is just kind of small. Against the price point for $15 for a meal I just rather go to Subway or Jersey Mike’s
