The housemade burgers were perfectly cooked and seasoned with a choice for every palate. Don’t overlook the pretzel — obviously made onsite, it’s so very light you won’t wanna share.
The owner really was so attentive and really cares about the customer experience and keeping that hometown warmth, even streaming a local game.

Went for my husband’s 60th birthday last Saturday. We had a party of 10 so we did make reservations which was good as they are very busy!
Really enjoyed the big table that would fit 12 and it was nice to have everyone around the table!
The food from appetizers to the drinks were amazing!
My father in law said they made an outstanding Black Russian which is always good for him. We had onion rings, seasoned waffle fries with cheese, big pretzel w/cheese and these huge tator tots that are loaded, all fantastic!
We had sirloin steak, wraps, burgers, chicken nuggets and much more!
We will be going back as we all enjoyed it!
The staff were amazing, treated us with great hospitality and felt like part of the family.

We have been in many times and have never had a bad experience! Tonight was on point again! It was our first time having the pleasure of Mandy waiting on us and she was ON IT!!! Hostess, Bartender, Server… covered all the roles with such an upbeat positive attitude! Great job to all of the amazing staff here, we will continue to support this great local business!

My favorite local place to go ! Service and atmosphere are great. Everybody is fun and friendly. The food is good no matter what you order. Not too many places do I eat different things each time. This is one of them. A restaurant feel with a bar. Not a bar with some food. Never not played a game of golden tee, ate a lil something and had a laugh. Top recommend for the casual dining.

I was excited to try Uptown Grill because I had heard great things about it and it certainly lived up to the hype! The atmosphere is fun and comfortable. The service was outstanding (Stacey was great!) and the owner was attentive and is committed to providing an excellent dining experience. The seasonal specials were on point (Octoberfest burger was wonderful) and the pretzel was a favorite at the table! The butterscotch pudding was also delicious. We will definitely be back!

Stopped again on a Friday afternoon. This time, I had the fish dinner, and my wife had the mango habanero wings. Both were very good. Five beers on tap. The service was very good as well.
A very nice small town eatery. The walls are decorated with all types of sports memorabilia. The place is clean and inviting. They have five beers on tap. The food is pretty good also. Ordered today’s special, a lamb gyro. My wife had the same, and we shared an order of fried. The gyro was pretty good, loaded with meat, tomato, and red onion. Fries were hot and crispy. They went well with some malt vinegar. Shelly’s wasn’t very crowded, so we picked our own seats. Our server also worked the bar, but that did not slow service. A nice lunch experience.

The food was cooked fresh and just what you would expect for what we ordered. There were some unique dishes but we chose to not try this visit. The waiter (Anthony) was certainly a hustler and of that it’s hard to be at all dissatisfied with anything. The building was also unique and enjoyable to dine there.

Enjoyed time with girlfriends here on a Saturday afternoon- favorite item was the hot pretzel but all food was excellent and delivered quickly. Service and atmosphere was top-notch too! We had a great experience and will be back!

I love a good Ruben. However, finding a good Ruben is tough. My Ruben here was very good. Service was great. The only thing I didn’t like, there was 4 of us, two of us ordered appetizers. When the bills came they had split the appetizers 3 ways. Why it wasn’t 4, I don’t know. But the appetizers should have been billed to whomever ordered them, or at least ask.
