This was my first trip here and I had been anticipating since we planned our trip over a month ago. I will say everyone was very welcoming from our first step in the door. Service was good and I loved the atmosphere. We started with drinks, the red sangria was great! Cost $12. I tried something new to me, the Scottish egg which was bland it needed something like a pinch of salt and pepper, but I tried it in the honey mustard and it was better, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to use it for the scotch egg or fries so I used on both. This is on the small plate list cost $9. Thought it was an appetizer but definitely enough for a meal. Then ordered the Shepard’s pie which was very hearty and filling and I loved the flavor. However the only complaint I have here is the cost for the portion $26 see photo for reference. My total bill was $60 and some change with tip. So if you’re thinking this is a simple Irish pub, it’s definitely not! It’s more upscale. We enjoyed our visit.

Let me preface that everything I ordered I hate happily, and had I know what I ordered based off the names I would have ordered differently.

Another fantastic dinner at Sheehan’s. We tried the burnt ends and wings, both considered the best in town, as well as roast duck and fish and chips. Can also recommend the shepherd’s pie, made with lamb as it should be. Great atmosphere, staff and service.

First, outstanding service, we were walk-ins that got seated without a reservation (reservation is encouraged). Our server was very polite and helpful without being overbearing.

Delicious! Sheehan’s Irish Pub is a hidden gem tucked away on Central Ave in Augusta. The food is fresh with friendly service that feels very much like a small town family restaurant. The Rosemary Chicken and the Filet were both amazing. To top it off they offer an array of homemade desserts that were a pleasant surprise because they are not listed on the menu. If you are a cheesecake lover then you must visit. The prices are on the higher end, but the atmosphere, variety of high end meats, and good flavors are worth the price.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. All the staff seemed to enjoy working together and were pleasant. Husband had steak and I had pasta. Perfectly cooked. We will definitely go back.

It is always Amazing food. I’m honestly not sure why it is called an Irish Pub because the food and atmosphere is much fancier than the name would suggest. We have never been disappointed though and I enjoy every bite!

Came here for dinner with the family. We were just looking to try something new and this Irish Pub seemed interesting. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated at our table promptly. This place has a laid back atmosphere. It’s a Pub with a good sized bar and then tables around the rest of the establishment for restaurant seating. Fairly decent menu with some good choices. We got a couple of seafood appetizers an were a little disappointed with them. The shrimp and scallops did not taste fresh. They seemed to be previously frozen. The shrimp was very shriveled up and chewy. The presentation and plating was good. For the main courses, there was a mix of Duck, Hamburgers and Fish & Chip’s. The hamburgers were good, cooked properly and had excellent flavor. The fish and chips were ok, but again, the fish had the taste and texture of being previously frozen. I could be wrong, but after eating a lot of fresh seafood, you can typically taste and tell the difference from fresh to frozen. The duck was ok. My wife is a huge fan of duck and she was a little disappointed. Overall, I think this is a good laid back place for a decent bite, just don’t expect high quality food.

One of the best kept secrets in Augusta, Georgia. From the Fish and Chips to the AMAZING Drive Through Burger – you won’t be disappointed. I even asked them to toss a fried egg and some extra bacon on that burger – HOLY MOLY it was awesome!! Their fresh cut home fries dipped in ranch dressing are to die for. Can’t say how good it is, you have to try this for yourself!!

Great restraunt to visit. I had the honey Asian bbq duck. You can’t go wrong with any of the appetisers. You also can’t go wrong with the corn beef and cabbage. I also highly recommend the creme brulee cheesecake or the molten lava cake.
