Delicious Mediterranean food! We tried their lamb and falafel gyros, chicken, shrimp and falafel plates and side hummus with pita. All delicious! The owner/wife is really friendly and nice. Hours are limited so may not work for everyone. Convenient location at Home Depot parking lot.

This is one of best spot you can enjoy your food. Most of the restaurants were costly during our Maui Trip to Hawaii. We thought if we could get some good Mediterranean food . When we googled we saw this with good reviews and so we drove to this food truck which is located in “Sugar Cane Train Food Park” . There were two more food trucks apart from Shaya Cuisine.
We totally enjoyed the food and there were benches too with a good shade below the Banyan Tree . The food was fresh and very tasty and we just felt like the best food in our Maui Trip. Must visit place for a good Mediterranean Cuisine. Adding photos for reference.

Hard to believe I’m the first person getting to review Shaya Fusion Cuisine, given the outstanding quality of their lunches… I’ve been looking for great Mediterranean food on Maui for over a decade, and am excited to say that search is finally over! To get you started, the Falafel Platter and Gyro Wrap make for a perfect combination of flavors. (My belly was happy for hours afterwards.) Bon appetit, everyone. ☀️

It was my favourite place on Maui! Let alone its one of my favourite places in the US! The food is fresh, delicious and properly seasoned. It was my safe haven for food for my toddler! Both owners are very polite and helpful. They gladly made changes for my baby and even let me go through the ingredients. I felt at home ❤️ (people who love to cook know what I mean). I’m glad their info got updated on the maps and more people can visit this place.

Our family of four just visited this food truck in the Home Depot parking lot. We ordered the shrimp plate, gyro plate and falafel sandwich. Everything was so delicious. I got a bit of extra hot sauce and it was also really yummy addition. The hummus is smooth and perfect. Even the salad dressing and salad was so delicious. Our young children loved the shrimp annd the sides. The sauces… tahini, tzatziki and hummus are so yum! Our family will be back again. Yay! So happy to find them in Kahului! Next time I’ll take photos! (It was beautiful!)

After a hot sweaty day, shopping for building supplies at Home Depot, nothing like a gyro, with some refreshing hummus and cucumbers. Nice place. A pleasant suprise. Juicy burger as well.

Delicious and fresh food at a reasonable price. The falafel and hummus are authentic, flavorful, and satisfying after a long day at the beach. The chicken was moist and tasty. Loved sitting under the Banyan tree with the breeze blowing, while devouring the best mediterranean food on the island.

I come here for lunch almost 3 times a week because it’s that good! All of their dishes are incredibly delicious. Their chicken gyro plate is my favorite, it’s so flavorful down the rice. If they are running a special that week – it’s a must try and never disappoints!
