We recently ordered food made by Chef Ashraf, and it was an amazing experience. He prepared a tray with a pound of Tarb, a pound of Mombar, four Hawawshi, three Stuffed Pigeons, rice, and Molokhia. Everything tasted delicious and reminded us of real Egyptian home-style cooking. The flavors brought back beautiful memories from Egypt. The kofta was juicy and flavorful, and my chicken shawarma was cooked just right—definitely not dry at all!
