We were craving some shawarma while in Niagara Falls and by chance drove by this little building. We were sceptical at first, but once we started talking to the owner that quickly changed. The service was amazing, the owner had such a positive attitude, that alone was worth the visit. I tried the chicken Shawarma on rice, very reasonable serving. The chicken was well seasoned as was the rice. The garlic sauce was also on point. It definitely hit the spot. We will be returning in the near future. If you are in the area and have a hankering for some chicken Shawarma, definitely recommend you try Shawarma & Grill Box.

I ordered a chicken kebab wrap, instead he gave me chicken shawarma wrap and when I started eating I thought kebab will be inside but there is only stale shawarma. Found this place while searching Google for shawarma. It’s always the little shops, family run places that you find something great. My wife had the Mexicana wrap, I had a shawarma wrap and we split the falafel plate. All 3 were great! The guy behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this spot!

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience.
It genuinely felt like the person preparing the shawarma was working their first day. Despite clearly asking for non-spicy, the shawarma turned out extremely salty and very spicy. To the point where it was simply unpleasant to eat. The shawarma was also excessively greasy. Fat was literally dripping from it. It was wrapped very poorly and kept falling apart in our hands, as if it was made by someone with no real experience. After this, we checked the reviews and were shocked. A large number of customers were already complaining about a year ago about the exact same issues: overly salty, overly spicy, and extremely greasy shawarma.
The fact that nothing has changed in an entire year clearly shows that management is not listening to its customers and is not taking quality seriously.
We fully understand that the employee may have had a bad day. We were actually ready to leave 3 stars, because mistakes happen.
However, when it becomes obvious that this is a systemic problem that has been ignored for a long time, there is no justification for it.
We will not be returning and will be avoiding this place in the future.

I had the beef kebab and it was absolutely delicious. What really made the visit even better was the staff — super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy. They made the whole experience feel warm and enjoyable.

One of the worst Shawarmas I have ever eaten. Its quite clear that the products are of the lowest quality. It is understandable that a business needs to make a profit, but purchasing items which are clearly of lowest quality, makes a business lose credibility and customers. Up your quality and cleanliness, otherwise you will not stay in business for long.

This is a nice small family owned business it seems like. Shawarmas were very tasty and prices were reasonable. We really liked that they have tables setup outside so you can sit and eat. Will be visiting again for sure when in the area.
