The price is awesome for a burger and fries. The sandwich itself was well prepared and tasted good as far as “budget” burgers go and the fries were hot and crispy. Honestly, I think the best part about it was the comeback sauce. The cleanliness of the place is a disaster. It took everything I had to look away from the floors and sticky tables while I ate.

I got a breakfast deluxe, with extra grits, eggs, and a side of smoked sausage. Normally I have a decent experience with jacks, but this time, everything on my plate was rock hard and visibly old. The grits were scorched when being made (likely a dirty pan) and they still served them. The smell alone should have been a red flag. The smoked sausage was VERY dry, like it was what was left for breakfast. The eggs were cold, WET, and I had to ask more than once for jelly. This visit will be my LAST with jacks!

I tried the chocolate espresso shake. And the flavor was good but it needs some of cookie to balance it out. The mocha chunks too chocolatey and were all at the bottom of the cup. I give it maybe a 5. I would not repurchase it unless they added something to balance the chocolate chunks
