The food was delicious, especially the waffle with chocolate chips and fresh fruit – perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor.

I was very disappointed. I seldom give bad ratings but this place was horrible, especially after all the great ratings and reviews I read. I had breakfast here and I will never return. The best part of my breakfast was the toast with butter. When I was leaving, I decided to go down the back stairs but had to turn around because “what I assume was the AC” was leaking on the stairs, making them look mossy and slick. My cousin reported they were indeed very slippery.

But the entire experience was completely soured when the bill came and the charges were completely outrageous. The prices were higher than the posted menu prices, and things like drinks were absurd. $6.50 for an Apple Juice, and for an Orange Juice. Then $4.97 for a Sweet Tea… I would have expected to pay ~$100 for the 6 of us eating breakfast, but instead the bill totaled to ~$170.
It’s possible that they raised prices specifically for the music festival weekend but even so, it feels extremely egregious and predatory.

Small, mom & pop-style restaurant with kid-friendly options on the menu. Good portion sizes for reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and attentive. They have a small dining area, so plan accordingly.

Our family had a wonderful breakfast this morning. The kids really enjoyed their pancakes. My wife had the sausage gravy over biscuits and I had the bacon ham burrito. The lettuce, tomato, and Dijon sauce complemented the eggs and meat perfectly. Service was friendly and prompt, and prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend visiting Sharky’s.

Had Breakfast here a couple years ago when we were staying nearby and it was good, but haven’t stayed nearby since then. Still not staying nearby, but remembered we liked it and went back! Just as good as I remember! Good food, fast and super friendly service!

It’s a small family run diner. Been coming for several years and have always been pleased with the food. It’s usually the older family cooking and maintaining the restaurant and the younger kids serving. They are all very nice and welcoming.
It’s a little pricey, but it’s a beach town diner! That’s said, our whole family likes their food. As others have mentioned, if it’s really hot outside, it can get warm inside. They also have an outdoor seating area.
If you like a diner experience, Sharkys Grill is worth going.
