I’m so disappointed. The food is horrible—truly horrible. I ordered red snapper, but they gave me something else. I’m not sure what kind of fish it was, but it was definitely not red snapper. My husband ordered three pieces of catfish, and they gave him whiting instead. The food lacks flavor, and they forgot our coleslaw. The greens were awful. Do not waste your time or money at this place! It was absolutely terrible.

Wow, was waiting for a long time to open. The place which was before here wasn’t good. Sharks didn’t disappoint. The customer service is much better than the other one. The food is also good. Don’t order online! My order was supposed to be ready by 5:59pm and at 6:20pm they were just starting my order. They claimed they didn’t receive my order even though I had confirmation on my phone. Everyone with a call in order got their food in a reasonable time!

It was ok. Staff moves very slow so pack your patience. Ordered 4 wings with jumbo shrimp. My order only had 2 wings but it got corrected before I left only to get home and the 2 other wings weren’t done.

Let me at first start with the food, oh my God so freaking delicious it has become my every day go to place have tried almost everything from the menu the Philly steak, The wings, the rice, and the pizza oh my god, I got a Philly steak pizza 11 January, it was so freaking good, I have got all the pizzas from the but this was the best. Their Mediterranean salad such beautiful presentation. They always make sure I come back hahaha, that’s true though the wait time can be little long. But the food worth it.
The staff is also so kind and friendly. The cashier is so cooperative.

Great Food but the service isn’t consistent. If you call in an order there’s a 70% chance it won’t be there when you get there because they give it away to other customers complaining about the long wait. Last Friday the place was packed they couldn’t seem to get the orders right, and gave away calling orders. Today is Monday and I called several times for a takeout order about 12:00 noon, and no one answered the phone. So I thought they were closed because today is Monday. Later on I drove by the place just to see if the place was open and lo and behold, they are open. So I guess it’s their loss because I ate elsewhere. I wonder how many other people ate elsewhere thinking they were closed. Although you have good food you still can lose a lot of customers with bad customer service.

I went to this establishment on 1/15. Went there once before and honestly the food was good. Today however, they put 10 whole wings and a large fry in one container that wouldn’t close. I asked for a separate container or tape to make sure my food wasn’t spilled. The lady at the front asked the guys in the back to help out. He literally used his hand to pick up my fries and dump them. I get it, it may have been easier that way but seeing someone touch my cooked food piece by piece did it for me . Appetite instantly gone. Could’ve at least not let me see that. Like are we sharing food?? Too personal
