Food was good! Made to order but it only took like 7 minutes and everything was hot. Fries were excellent as were the catfish fillets, Mac and cheese, and red beans and rice. The place is an old Long John Silvers. Interior was ok, seemed clean. I only have it 4 starts instead of 5 because the women’s restroom was out of order so unfortunately I had to use the men’s which was disgusting and had no paper towels. Food and everything what was great.

Bone-in wings were amazing. Buffalo sauce was good, but the gold was better.

We stopped here around 9:30 on a Tuesday night (they close at 10). The guy working the counter, may have been the owner, was really nice. Didn’t rush us at all and helped with our menu selection as we haven’t eaten at a Sharks before. Food was cooked fresh and tasted fresh. Clean catfish that thankfully wasn’t fishy tasting. The chicken was solid too. We would eat here again.

I love visiting Sharks in Newport. Food is always hot and fresh. I enjoy the mannerism. The great hospitality. Fresh food & the store is always clean. The owner is veryyyyyyyy nice and enjoy his job. Stop in and check them out.

This is a huge welcome to Jackson County, Newport, Arkansas. Good food like the fried Catfish, Tilapia, and oysters. They know how to cook some awesome chicken wings too. The customer is really awesome and friendly staff. Great Price and Great Potions!
