I’m so blew called in my order they said 15 minutes and I get there 20 minutes later and my food still ain’t ready then when it’s finally ready they allowed my food to just sit there for 5 minutes until I said something and then my order was wrong. They were EXTREMELY rude never had this TERRIBLE service here before. Then to top it off not only was my half wings order wrong they are cold. I am pissed off. I understand people have bad days but this ENTIRE experience was TERRIBLE.

I called in for 30 wings dinner, online the price says 44.99 but the lady on the phone said, 49.82.. I asked why it ain’t the same price she say the online price not right. She told me 30 minutes I get there 30 minutes later. I walk in it’s two people waiting, they get they order she ask me what I had I told her I called in for a 30 piece… she get an slight attitude, “ 20 piece fried hard???” No a 30 piece, “ok??? Lemon pepper or ?” I responded, “lemon pepper and mild sauce,” ( mind you, I had already said this over the phone, but I wasn’t trying to like be rude).So I pay and step back and while I’m waiting for my food, I happen to look up the price of 30 piece it says 44.99… ok, so the wings falsely advertised. Another 20 min go by I ask how much longer she say 10-15 min (it had been 50 minutes n I’m being told to wait 15 more). So, I go sit down, there is dried blood on the seat .. I’m disgusted and irritated. I get up to say sum the lady is gone, apparently she went to the bathroom… I got my food and left.

This is my favorite location. Food has always been hot, fresh and on time. However, they need to get figure something out with the drive thru. Especially if the seating area is closed.
I called ahead and got here within the quoted 20 minute time frame. I absolutely appreciate food being made fresh. But waiting in the drive thru behind people for while thier food is being made hot and fresh is ridiculous.
I called ahead. I got to the restaurant drive through at 940pm. I finally got my food at 10:09pm after waiting behind 2 cars.
You should have customers order their food in a drive through and then pull around to park while their food is being made. So that the five people behind them, who called their order in can get their food. I’d hate to be the person doing uber or doordash and having to wait that long to pick up food.

Dried out like catfish jerky! Worst fish ever! Will not go back! Used DoorDash, made complaint about food being severely overcooked and inedible and received a $5 refund off bill of $80 even after having to throw the fish away. Catfish filets like shoe leather so disappointing. Don’t waste your money, this place is HORRIBLE!

Lady at front counter refused to refund me when the food was wrong and wouldn’t even at the least remake the food until asked numerous time. She said we were gone too long to give a refund but food was untouched and never had a problem with it being wrong before until now so we didnt notice until we got home. It’s a shame she had an attitude the entire time even when ordering on the phone and blamed us for the food being wrong when we order here all the time and say the same thing but somehow the wording of what we said caused it to be wrong.

They made my food fresh to order. It took a (well worth it) little while to get the food but man was it good. Their fried okra is fire n I’m use to having it in the south so that’s quite a compliment. The chicken is amazing and the slaw tastes like someone’s grandma was in there cooking. This place is a gem! I’m definitely a fan! …. PS. There was 3 chicken thighs, a bunch of fries and so much okra that I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. All for $10.50. The prices listed are for paying cash too btw, The price is a little higher if you pay w your card. There’s a note on the window.

I placed an order for Thanksgiving day. The food was fresh and ready when we arrived, and the pick up was seamless! Shakira was the server and she was AWESOME!!!
