this is the best McDonald’s in the entire New Haven area, it gets busy sometimes since it’s a college location but they always do their best. If you’ve been to any other McDonald’s around here you would know this one is superior. Sarah holds it down and doesn’t put up with the BS, perfect example of a firm and successful manager. Thank you for maintaining this business to a high standard.

Never again! They have kios to place orders but I just literally wanted 1 thing. 5 ppl working, it was like pulling teeth for one of them to ring up an order. I’m glad it wasn’t just me having an issue w/ the kios the worse part is that none of them even tried to show us how to use the kios. 2 Customers that came in after me just wanted a tea. Eventually they took our orders.

The location of this McDonald’s is very strategic and accessible especially if you’re a student or staffer at the Univeristy of New Haven. I love to come here to just relax and enjoy the view. This McDonald’s is open 24/7 with a Drive-Thru service.
There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance ♿ and parking for the differently able. This branch of McDonald’s is also pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic.

Food was cold not fresh. The hair at the bottom of my fries is too much to handle. Half the time they don’t get the order right. And the rush is too insane. You wait in line just for the window to be backed up. And everytime I give my order, they make me wait and take the other drive thru like 2 or 3 times.

How is this location even still open 24hrs? Night shift is probably the worse shift ever. They are only serving fountain drinks right now and have a 10pc nugget left? Last time a worker said that they weren’t taking any orders because of the system being down due to maintenance .But I had a mobile order & so I canceled it. Ordered it at the Kimberly location guess what? Their system was down to for maintenance and they were still able to make my mobile order. Can you do better at putting workers on night schedule that actually wanna work ?

The drive-thru operators told us they did not have our mobile order that we confirmed was indeed purchased on the app for the correct location, they repeated no and giggled and laughed and just left us out there. When we drove up we showed the window person the confirmation and he said they absolutely had it and he doesn’t know why the previous people (because it sounded like 2 women giggling) failed to see that. I’m more annoyed that they were laughing at us and lying? Just bizarre behavior at this location, I can only assume maybe they were hoping to keep the order? This is either someone trying to steal from your customers or someone that is so lacking in customer service that they shouldn’t be employed with other humans. Because why wouldn’t the next sentence after “I don’t have your order” be “let’s get that prepared for you, can you please tell me your order?”? Just extremely bad and weird.
