I checked my food before I left, got home & my gizzards were so tough. Called the establishment about my food & I spoke to the same young lady about my food. I’m giving 3 stars because she was very helpful with getting the issue rectified. I really appreciate her help but I will not be going to this place again because the manager almost didn’t even want to just replace the gizzards when it wasn’t my fault and there are also NO REFUNDS so be careful going here.

Sharks always gets my family right with their fresh fried fish and chicken! It’s always well seasoned and perfectly fried! From the very first time I had it in 2019, they have remained consistent with their taste and quality! I’ll always choose Sharks if I need a great fish plate.

The food was very good and store was very clean, organized, and smelled great. You can see everything being freshly made. My only issue was with the cashier, I don’t know her name but on my first visit I called in an order and she was very low on enthusiasm and not very polite. I almost canceled my order. Upon picking the order up, she was even more rude in person. Not answering questions, just staring. Not replying when I greeted or told her to have a nice day. If it wasn’t for the food being so good I would not be back

The food is delicious, the man Cemo is the only reason I return. The manager and that girl with the colorful hair, are absolute nightmares to deal with. I hope they get a new owner/manager soon because he is so rude!!! He should not come into the building if he can’t be kind to customers and do his job properly! The cook is the only thing keeping that place open!

Their fish is very fresh. Shrimp batter actually sticks to shrimp. Great customer service. Only giving 4/5 because the fries could be much better. But, definitely my go too place for a late night bite to eat.
