We gave this restaurant a second chance after a not-so-good experience on our first visit years ago. This time, the food was delicious overall. The Oyster Rockefeller has tons of spinach on them but they were good. For dinner, we had blackened Swordfish Casino, the USDA Prime Filet and Stuffed Shrimp with a side of Lobster Mashed Potatoes. No complaints about the food, it was still hot when it was served, the portions were satisfying and the taste was good. The lobster mashed potato was thw only thing we were underwhelmed with, we won’t buy it again.
Our server was slow. There was a party table in our area, and it looked like there were a group of her family and friends because she stood by them talking for 15 minutes, and I overheard her tell a young girl to talk to her dad about something. We sent the bus girl over to let her know we were ready to order dinner and the waitress looked up at us but stood there talking for another few minutes before coming back to our table. She dis not apologize for our wait which was rude.
Also, the restaurant is way too dark. I understand dim lights for ambience but it is just plain dark in there. Maybe next time, we will try the Rosemont location.

Hats off to all the team members who kindly helped us when we decided to switch from dinner service to the bar side to enjoy a drink, since our party got the info incorrectly. They could have easily made fun of us or not tried to help us relocate, but the servers and bar tenders jumped into help save my mom’s birthday celebration. When you walk in the door you immediately notice all the great designs and set up for choices depending on what you are in the mood for. At first, my mom started commenting on the price of the drinks but then after the second sip, she said Well made. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, and we look forward to stopping by to celebrate the next occasion.

Everything was great from start to finish. Joe our server was great. We had shrimp cocktail, oysters, New England Clam Chowder, crab cakes, crab and shrimp stuffed salmon, ultimate grill oh and of course cheesecake. All of the good was so good and service was on point. Keep up the greatness. We will definitely be back.

We sat outside by the pond. The service was great and timely and the food was spot on. The lobster bisque and crab tower were tasty and the right size to share between two people. I ordered Chilean Sea Bass and me wife ordered filet and stuffed shrimp. I will let the pictures tell this story. Also, if they still have it, the big bag of chocolate is incredible. Basically a chocolate bag filled with white chocolate mouse and topped with berries.

Well, I wish I can give this place a higher rating and better review, but everything always comes down to customer service. The hostess was pleasant and escorted us to the table. We were able to get in earlier than our 6:00 p.m. reservation time. Decor is lovely and elegant. There is a good selection of items on the menu. Our drinks were very good. My wife had the prosecco sangria which was very refreshing. And I had the nutty Irish old fashioned, which I loved. The food was good overall. My wife had shrimp cocktail and I had crab cakes for appetizers, and both were quite good. For dinner I had the 8 oz fillet which was cooked perfectly and the cut of meat was very tasty. My wife had the twin lobster tails and, although very tasty, were very small. She had a total of about eight bites from both tails, which is small and not a lot. Now for the not so great. Most places these days will always have some form of music playing. Whether it is a restaurant, bar, or store, it seems as if business owners think that customers need to be over stimulated during their dining, drinking, or shopping experience. Music to create ambience is one thing, especially if the music matches the decor. Unfortunately this place didn’t succeed. The modern pop music wasn’t bad and it wasn’t too loud at all, but it just didn’t fit with the restaurant decor. Definitely the worst thing of our experience was the waiter. He didn’t give us the daily specials, or tell us anything about desserts, and was not very friendly at all. I know this isn’t something that occurs within the entire restaurant because the waiter for the table next to us was excellent. We heard everything that he said to that couple and commented on how our waiter didn’t even do a quarter of it! Overall, it didn’t ruin the entire evening but it did leave a bit of a negative impression upon us. We doubt that we’ll be back to this restaurant anytime soon, because we don’t live that close to it and there are too many other restaurants to choose from where you can get better service. We’re Landry’s club members, so was disappointing.

5/5 from the service to the food! There was a lovely older woman who greeted us at the door her customer service was top tier! “Wish I got her name! For my food I ordered a steak can’t go to the steak house and not have a steak I tried they double loaded potato and crab Mac and cheese I believe was the name anyway everything was a 5/5! Everything came out hot! My waiter name was Sam , Sam deserves a raise it was my sisters birthday and she treated her like she was the Queen of England ! Thank you very much Sam! You treated our party of seven amazing ! The prices were absolutely amazing as well no complaints! There is one suggestion I have though can you all add some type of cake to your menus please pie is cool but cake is better especially for people who come for their birthdays

I just left dinner with my parents. We were celebrating and they made us custom menus, we got 1.5 lbs of king crab and almost passed out at the table from all the food. They had great customer service. I literally work down the street now which is awesome. So def should end the night with their Manhattan

What can i say other than on a very busy Saturday night the service and staff were professional and genuinely friendly. The hostess was super nice and accommodating, Scott our server was on top of his game! The food was excellent and the timing was great too. We were there for a birthday and they made it extra special honestly. We will definitely return!

Excellent! It was a wonderful experience. We were not rushed as the trend is with most restaurants these days. Everything they served was cooked perfect, the food quality was very high with all fresh ingredients. It is pricy but worth every penny.
