What an adorable place. We stopped by to celebrate a basketball win. Sooo many choices. We picked 2 scoop cups. Cotton Candy & Coffee. Only after I picked mine I saw the Pineapple soft serve ( dole whip). Staff was so friendly & place was immaculate. Can’t wait to try it again

Wow—this place is an absolute GEM! Hands down the best ice cream experience we’ve ever had! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the most fun and welcoming vibe—bright, cheerful decor that instantly puts a smile on your face. It’s like stepping into an ice cream dream! The staff is beyond amazing—so friendly, so patient, and genuinely happy to help. They gave us free samples to make sure everyone in the family found their perfect flavor, and with SO many incredible options, that was no small task. From classic favorites to unique, creative flavors, there’s truly something for everyone. Every bite was delicious, and the whole experience felt like visiting family. We’re obsessed—and we’ll 100% be back again (and again and again!).

Friendly staff and great service, but the ice cream just wasn’t for me. The texture felt very artificial — almost elastic — and it didn’t melt the way real ice cream should. It was also extremely sweet, which overpowered any actual flavor.
If you enjoy very sweet ice cream with stabilizers like carrageenan, you might like it. Unfortunately, I was hoping for something closer to classic, natural ice cream.

Omg this is the best ice cream shop in town. There are so many flavors and every one is so unique. We keep coming back for more and glad we did. The customer service is top notch and makes you feel like family. The decor of the shop is great and the kids love the theme. If you are in the area then you must stop here ASAP… You will love it!

First time there, and oh my goodness – the 2 wonderful staffers there today were absolutely delightful and very helpful in answering our questions! I wish I had gotten their names so that I could do individual shout-outs to them on their great customer service!! We really enjoyed our selections and the cafe space inside was charming! My family and I usually come here a couple times when we’re in town (usually about once a year) to get our ice cream fix. It’s so good and our favorite is the graham central station and the kids love the c is for cookie. We’ll keep coming as long as they are open.

Michael is an amazing employee. He has great work ethic and showed me that workers are true fighters. He showed passion through his love for ice cream and walked me through flavors and showed me each one with true kindness and respect.
