If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We waited for close to an hour for our food when there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. The food came out cold, the gravy had a film on it. They had run out of muffins and because we didn’t want to wait, they offered to put the eggs Benedict on toast. The hashhbrowns were raw and chicken strips over cooked. So freaking disgusting. I haven’t even picked up my to go order yet that was placed before my order, and I’m quite honestly terrified.

The food was great. We ordered, Eggs Benedict, spring omelette and pancakes, all of them were wonderful. On the other hand though, the service was abysmal, extremely slow, and it wasn’t even busy. So, I would not recommend you visiting if you are on a time crunch.

Absolutely disappointed…. I had raw vegetables inside of my unfinished omelettes my egg was wet and slimy my pancakes were not fully cooked! The lady I ordered with was rude unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers do to the fact no one wants to eat in the restaurant. That should be your first clue that there is obviously problems with waitresses. Terrible food indicates bad cooks! Poorly managed obviously. OWNERS Close the door’s until you have at least one person who knows what they are doing in that building.

The worse experience in that specific Sharis from king city, we order online and we went to pick the food up and everything look like if the “cooker” ate from my dish, the pay came “bite” like for real??? Disgusting ! The “loaded French fries” came with maybe 10 fries no cheese, sour cream, bacon, nothing! And again look like if already was eaten and that was just the left overs from other clients. Im going to look for the managers because this is like a bad joke.

While the food is usually decent and the people are friendly and attentive, tonight that was not the case two plates of breakfast cold, My sandwich was incomplete barley thrown together while I’m guessing he was blindfolded, and the French fries were under cooked but at least hot! And our server was lacking much service, I’m not usually ever one to complain, I know they all work very hard and deal with the worst of people, and I was very kind and didn’t say anything, someone with us on the other hand had mentioned to the server how terrible my sandwich was very politely, and without a problem he offered to make a fresh one for us to go seeing as how I did not eat much, I paid tipping more than decent for the situation because everybody has an off day, come to find out that the sandwich that was remade was a completely different sandwich all together!!! lmao…. at the situation and what seems to be a completely incompetent cook!!!!

Got Uber eats delivered to me. Seems as though unless your in the restaurant your food will not be cooked completely. The stuffed hash browns were extremely cold raw and covered in oil (the driver was here very fast not his fault) and the biscuits were cold and the gravy was runny

No idea how the food was, never got served. Walked in asked for a menu, wanted to try my luck with ten bucks. She gave me a mean judging look. Customers that were there before us had left. New group came in she helped and served them never once asked us. We we’re in plain sight menu in hand 30 minutes. Looked at us ignored us. Why do people get customer service jobs when they have no knowledge or skill at doing it

I mean… It was Shari’s after all. The food is what I expected. I was told when I started ordering (rather than when I was seated) there would be a limited menu. Including no sodas due to no CO². No pies. No pies?!? No pies. No cheese sticks. No queso. No salsa. No tortillas. Basically no appetizers.
