I always forget there’s a sharetea here until I’m right in front of this one, lol. I’m happy to have one here since their milk tea is always delicious and creamy! I did get mini pearls, and they were a bit hard, but I’ll just get with no topping next time since the tea is perfection. My go to drink Hawaiian fruit tea with aiyu jelly…. made to perfection as usual! I got my husband a Hawaiian fruit tea as well and he said “it’s the best boba I’ve ever had, the jelly makes it”. Definitely recommend! All ordered at 50% sweetness.

Perfect location for a boba spot. The staff was quickly working away with orders, and it smelled like fresh boba was simmering. My cup came warm at the bottom, which meant it was going to be yummy. It sure was. Coffee was smooth, not bitter, and had a great bold taste. Will be back to try other drinks. Love the sweetness level options because sometimes other places over due it with the sugar. I will add that the staff should be instructed to greet everyone when they come through the door. You feel ignored until they see you at the counter after waiting a while. Considering they are busy, I’ll make my presence known and will get them first next time.

Very poor customer service 🙁 This used to be my go-to boba spot! Still has great boba and flavors, and is open later than most…but the past four or five times I’ve gone, there’s been one worker (a tall guy with glasses who works at night), who has made each visit so distasteful! He’s got an awful attitude taking orders, he threw our straws at us, and yelled at my friend once.
This last time was my final straw—he was there(threw the straws again), but even the older lady who was working had poor service. She wouldn’t give us a receipt, messed up our order, and didn’t offer any help….
MOST of the time, it’s great! But these two workers have made it such an unenjoyable experience, I wanna get boba elsewhere. Wushiland just opened, and they have very friendly staff!!

Came here for the first time and my drink had a long strand of thin light coloured hair. I think it was with my herb jelly topping. Because when I felt it in my mouth and pulled it out, I could feel it coming out from the jelly I only had three sips and couldn’t bring myself to finish it so I tossed it away. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. I think the hair colour was white.

Awesome place, super friendly staff and the ice blended mango with ice cream was maybe the best Boba drink I’ve ever had! And my daughter loved her matcha milk tea. Great addition to the mall.
