I ordered the food online. And rice has a dead COCKROACH in it! I had eaten some rice and might have to visit a doctor, if I get sick I will sue them. It is seriously unsafe and unhygienic, the restaurant should be closed permanently! I will definitely report them to the department of health!

I ordered food from their website through Toast.
My food was picked up and driven to Chelsea (I don’t live there). Marked as delivered and then when I called the driver the number was disconnected. The restaurant also would not answer the phone and Toast can’t get in touch with them either to get me a refund. My food was stolen by the driver and Toast and the restaurant won’t do anything about it.

Ordered delivery. They then told me I had to come and pick it up. Still charged me for delivery and tip for the driver. I emailed them several times. No response at all. Quality of the food has gone way down, as well. A shame, I used to love the one in Dot.

Food is great and I’m happy there is this express location available. However, the online ordering randomly shuts down and says it is not available, DURING BUSINESS HOURS! And nobody EVER picks up the phone there; it rings forever then gives a busy signal. Location is quite sketchy. Only been here once because I can’t get to order online or call the place. Very inconvenient.

I’m not an expert on Indian food but I love theirs! It’s soo good. Pro tip if you get there just before closing time to pick up your order & the door is closed… just knock. I’m so glad they have this location in my neighborhood now
