It’s not Cheer’s, but everyone knows your name. It is a place where locals and business travelers come together to unwind from the busy of the day to experience an ambience of made from scratch southern cooking, awesome beverages, live music & dancing, and friendships that will last a lifetime. There is never a cover charge. We also have karaoke/open mic nights, dancers/shaggers welcome (lessons on Wednesdays) daily food & drink specials, food & beverage appreciation night, and much more to come. Went here a couple minutes ago after the gym, it’s 101 degrees out in Augusta….The Manager, a woman wearing a Spaghetti top tank top, comes over and tells me that I have to leave because she will not allow me to be in the bar wearing a tank top….this woman was wearing a spaghetti strap tank top herself as she told me this. If you have a rule for guest then the employees should also adhere to this rule. Absolutely insulting and shameful of this bar that I have been a frequent guest in for close to 20 years!!!! Get it together Shannon’s.
