Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant with 22 locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Gloria’s was conceived by Gloria and Jose Fuentes and born out of the traditions of El Salvador. Inspired Latin additions and award-winning margaritas have provided diversity, skirting the line between tradition and innovation for more than 36 years.

The customer service is amazing! Very friendly and sweet. Although at the end of our dining we were left sitting for 15 minutes, I had to flag someone down just to get refills and the check. However the overall experience was amazing. Outstanding food.!! Also i really loved the diversity in this restaurant customers from all different backgrounds were enjoying. I recommend this place to everyone looking for good food! Great Atmosphere! And lovely customer service.

We stopped for cocktail/food before hitting up the Bath & Bodyworks across from it. We relaxed on the outdoor patio, as the indoor wait was too long on a weekend afternoon. We shared a plate (plenty) and cocktails were refreshing. Great service from the guy written on the napkin (we asked him to write him name so we could give him a shout-out.) We LOVE the bean dip! Experience we will repeat during the next B&B Works sale.

Top quality and service restaurant. Food was excellent, service was amazing. Was very pleased with everything but the music volume. I told the wife let’s sit outside they’re packed and it’s a bit loud, and got sat under the speaker. They ended up turning it down for us.

When I want Latin food, I always crave Gloria’s! The customer service is phenomenal and the servers are always friendly and kind. Our server, Enrique, was always smiling and was attentive to our needs by filling up our drinks without even asking us. When it came to ordering, I was looking forward to having ceviche, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any the day I went. However, I settled for the shrimp cocktail and wasn’t disappointed. I’d definitely recommend what I ordered alongside Gloria’s Super Special and Salmon Costeño!

This was our first time at Gloria’s and we loved it. We had their large queso and guacamole dip for starters and it was excellent!!!!! Loved loved loved it!!!! They were pretty generous with their side salsa and black bean purée. We ordered cheese pupusa and spinach enchilada from their veg/vegan menu. They were the best pupusas and enchilada we have ever had!!!! It’s very hard to find “good” and “fulfilling” vegetarian food anywhere nowadays but this place left us speechless. Food was delicious, cheesy and flavorful. The Best queso, guac, pupusas and enchiladas they were!!!!! My friends tried shrimp tacos and they loved it as well.

The food and service at Gloria’s was EXCELLENT!!! I had the salmon and it was really good. My wife had the chicken and it was excellent. The nachos were literally the best I’ve ever had. The refried blackbean dip was great. No cap. I must reiterate…..THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! I had a great time. Also, there is a nice theater across the way also.

The time to be seated was quick. Food was hot and good. The frozen margaritas were good with a nice kick of liquor. Our waitress was okay. Overall good experience, good food, drink… We will be back!!!
