We moved to Cedar Rapids last year and I spent a year looking for that good Chinese food without having to drive all the way to Chicago.
After one year of searching I found it right here. This here is some decent Chinese food.
When she put that plate in front of me and I saw how yellow that rice was I knew that this was it. And the first forkful of rice took me back to the Chinese restaurants in NJ.

Best Chinese restaurant I’ve encountered in a while. Food was presentable and cooked to perfection. Portions are huge with a side of rice at no extra cost. My egg rolls were crunchy, big and delicious. Service was just as great of an experience as the food was. She answered my questions with patience and excitement. Highly recommend.

This has quickly become a staple in our household. The people are friendly – remembering our names and favorite orders. The food is amazing, and they just added Thai options to their menu. The prices alone are a reason to stop in, especially for the amount of food you get. All around a great place to eat, hands down!

Just went for appetizers, and was pleasantly surprised with how great they were. The egg rolls were good, and the crab rangoon were that perfect crunchiness on the outside and the inside had that wonderful soft gooey center. A hard balance to perform. The drinks were from the bottle with a glass of ice, but my hot tea came in a styrofoam cup. Will go again.

We eat there alot, normally at least once a week, cost is in line with others, but food twice as good as any Chinese in the area including Iowa city. If you are a fan of steamed dumplings (pot stickers) there are none better, as well as the crab Rangoon. Very sweet couple that runs the place. If you are in Muscatine or Iowa city, it is definitely worth the drive.
