The decorations were charming, but the food and staff were not. I ordered the chili cheese fries and hickory burger. They sounded delicious and I ended up being presented with food that looks like it was straight from the grocery store. It didn’t taste awful, but it was not worth the price. While we were eating, the staff engaged in a loud conversation with another customer about the customer’s infected knee. Hearing a detailed discussion about how crusty and gross her wound was destroyed my appetite. I know that it’s a small town and everyone knows each other, but I feel like that was over the line and unprofessional. I’ll end this on a positive note by saying that the malts were decent. However, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Food was pretty good. Service not so much. Waiter knew nothing about the menu nor the specials. Menu itself is confusing. Sandwiches are priced as a basket(fries and onion rings) but no pricing for sandwich only. I guess it’s an option even though there is no sandwich only prices. Asked the waiter when he didn’t bring out my fries what the sandwich only price was and he had no clue. Didn’t seem the any of the staff had much of a clue. At checkout was offered a free basket on next visit but we wont be back. Drove to far to check this place out and was a major disappointment.

I had some time before a meeting, so I slowly motored in search mode, cruising Wellsville.
Found!
Couldn’t settle for just a sweet treat, had to get a burger. Big Bopper cheeseburger basket got me right. Hot! Fresh off the grill & not one extra second under some heat lamp. Raw onions!
Highly satisfactory.
Freeze did improve my quality of life temporarily.
Venue seems family run, crew did an excellent job of being masked up, friendly & pushing eats.
Young patrons were sensible, had masks. Old folks didn’t & weren’t.
Rona time means chaos. These people are doing the best with the time & space they’ve got. But, you gotta have customers wear masks, even when they’re small town elders, so one star is lost.
I was a little late for that meeting. I panicked. But that’s another story.

Enjoyed all the vintage decorations. Best burger in town! Very friendly staff as well. Definitely worth a stop off of the highway to come in and grab lunch.

Fun and sweet little place. I love the environment, the people, and the food here!! Everyone is so nice and polite, and the food is amazing! Also a great place to get ice cream in the summer time!

I would usually only come here in the summer for their AMAZING ice cream but the other day I went in for food for the first time and got their mushroom burger thingy and woah was it good! Also no lie they have a tv at EVERY booth and some fishies in the corner! 10/10 not only would come again but WILL come again!!
