I’ve had a chance to try a variety of the menu here now. I’m a sucker for chopped/pulled pork so my favorite is the Big Dad. It’s a mountain of perfectly smoked pork stuffed between two slices of texas toast. The Rib’s are fall off the bone, true bbq: dry rubbed, smoked for hours over hickory chips, and just a light glaze of sauce. This is a nice change to the baked ribs doused in bland bbq sauce that have become far too prevalant around here. The chicken is great, with both wings and tenders available in the usual suspects of sauces. The style is fast casual, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Definitely a new favorite for take out of real food!

Stopped by yesterday to get a beef brisket sandwich (best thing on the menu in my opinion) and was told by the “snippy” teenage cashier behind the register that they will no longer have it because “everybody likes the pulled pork better” before she returned to her cell. Will never go back.
