This family owned local small business is one of the gems of the Treasure Coast. It’s no surprise that their Roast Beef Special aka RBS Sandwich has been their best seller for 50 years. The burgundy wine gravy made from the drippings is ridiculous! You have got to go check this place out! The family is amazing !

Very nice family felt diner. The food was great and the service was good too. You can tell this is a common spot for regulars. The waitress knew many guests by first name and greeted most with a hug. It was a great family environment. If you want a good meal and the feeling of family welcoming you home this is the restaurant for you.

I’ve been looking for a good Italian cold cut sub since we moved to Florida, and Shakra’s DELIVERED. Exactly what I was looking for, they’re super friendly, and the food was awesome. Not to mention some of the best damn meatballs I’ve ever had. Just don’t tell my grandmother.

My Dad and I had a late lunch early dinner on this day. The young girl that helped us was very friendly, she apologized for all the chair’s on the tables because she was sweeping and moping prior to our arrival. There were no other customers except us and we chose the booth. The food is amazing, the FF with gravy is my Father’s FAV! I also purchased a neon pink tank top with thier logo (see photos), cost $15. I was going to give a 5 star review but if you look at my photos you’ll see the only other person there was the cook? I was not exactly happy with him because he had his cell phone connected to his ear, (before during and after) he never made eye contact the entire time we were there! He made our Sandwiches while on his phone, and I have to say our Sandwiches were not “browned” they were light brown at best. Then while were eating he moved from behind the counter to the booth right behind us STILL on his phone! In fact, he NEVER put his phone down! I hope he reads this and realized how customers are distracted and even a bit irritated while trying to eat. He never, acknowledged us at all, my Father even said he was surprised at that and he likes to eat here while it was my very 1st time here and it didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth that’s for sure!

Great service for busy mid day Waitress seemed very good and helped my wife and I choose from the menu which I got the philli and she got the roast beef and fry’s top notch Sandwiches and gravy (Brown Gold) as the waitress called it was bomb overall chill spot for lunch will be ordering from again

This is the only place I know of that will make a hot sub the way my hub wants it. He always wants steak, bacon, cheese and mushrooms. They saute it all on the grill and put it all on a slightly toasted roll. If you want a special sandwich and they have the ingredients they’ll put it together for you.

This place and staff are amazing! I genuinely wish I lived closer. The food is amazing, and the quality of service is second to none. My son left his tablet by accident, and they kept it for him. I do recommend that Tuesday special! That will not disappoint!!

Oh. My. Goodness! What a find!! First time visiting Jensen Beach and we were looking for a non-chain restaurant to eat. Shakra’s did not disappoint. Three of us had the Roast Beef Supreme – a delicious combination of roast beef, brown gravy, and provolone toasted on a hoagie. Enough for two people! Also had the tomato-cucumber salad which was fabulous. My youngest daughter had the meatball sub and loved it! But the service is what earned Shakra’s with 5 stars. Super friendly and fast. We will be back before we head home.

Customer service is a 1 out of 10. If you’re going to have a nasty attitude, make sure the food can make up for it. $12 for a 6 inch sub, really? And who puts lettuce on the bread with meat on top? The sub gets a 2 out of 10.
