i’m not really one to write bad reviews but here i am. everyone there is extremely nice and very customer friendly. We didn’t wait that long but there wasn’t much of a line, probably about 10 minutes for two shakes. I kind of expect did that because they are specialty shakes. But they tasted like straight milk. Barely any sweetness except for the frosting on the side of the cup that tasted like mint toothpaste. Definitely not worth $12. And about two hours after getting the shakes you WILL get the runs. I have been on the toilet for about an hour now and there’s no relief. You have been warned

Got chocomania and it was like watered down chocolate milk, which was absolutely gross. My husband got the cotton candy one and it didn’t even taste like cotton candy, it had like a faint rememblence that’s it. Also no hairnets, masks or gloves. Plus the wait time is 45 minutes plus, depending on the day. They need to focus more on making good shakes rather than decking them all out to make them “cool,” as well as being sanitary. Maybe invest in more blenders as well.

I’m just going to go right to the point. They did not use hair nets, when food breaks they will cut it in half and still give it to the customer, the wait time was 45 min or more, there was no sign of any management within the place, there was people twittling their thumbs behind the counter, and the shakes were horrible, they tasted like water or milk mixed with water. This was a really big disappointment.
