We won’t be coming here again. They weren’t busy. Ordered at 3:55pm. Whoever is staffed during this shift time needs an evaluation. We waited 40 minutes for an individual pizza and a half order of mojos. They told me it’ll be 20-25 minutes. So after waiting they got the pizza wrong and placed olives on my pizza. I explained that I waited 40 minutes already and we want our pizza remade. Took em about 15 minutes. Another experience I had was at the salad bar. Besides the green bell pepper not being cut right, and the jellow in big ol’ chunks, the peaches were so rotten, spoiled, expired. Whatever you want to call it. They were brown and tasted nasty!! I told the guy at the front about my experiences and he didn’t seem like he cared. He told me he’d replace the peaches. That’s it. Bro, I just had nasty taste in my mouth because of your negligence! No offer for some water or anything. So, no urgency, no care. Didn’t even communicate with his fellow co workers to replace em. The thing is. These people are obviously not capable to observe and evaluate the food they are serving. Just to be knowledgeable about visual inspection is common sense. So disappointing. My family and I won’t be coming here anymore.

Walked in to no line, yet our food took almost 40 minutes to come out. We ordered the medium pcm. It appeared they catered to parties over us for sure, and the party hadn’t even walked in yet until 20 minutes after my family of 4. I could get over the wait time had me ordering a beer not taken almost 40 minutes to get as well. I seen another patron who had just walked in get served their alcohol within minutes of sitting down. The quality of their food is not as great as other Shakey’s we have visited. Disappointing service and management to resolve the issue. Will not be back to this location.

If you come in and you see this manager working behind the counter you’re going to have an amazing feast and service. He runs a tight ship. Engages with customers and oversees the kitchen staff, making sure orders are coming out and on time.
He delivers the food to your table with a smile and hustles back to maintain his stations. We love coming to this location because of this guy. All of his workers take after his lead and they all work hard, very welcoming and attentive.
Food is delicious and fresh, chefs in the back working hard to get orders out.
Awesome customer service, the workers were so attentive and friendly. Very sweet staff. Food was delicious as always, open space dinning area and had outside seating for COVID. Great experience, thank you guys

I’ve been wanting to come here for a few years and I still haven’t been able to go for bunch a lunch. We did a takeout. The place seemed huge. Loud and crazy like they all are. The food was great but I have to go back and try lunch.

JUST BECAUSE ITS FREE!! My daughter got a free pizza coupon from her school that’s why i brought her here for it. Checked in 11:44am and had to ask 3 times for her food being ready or not (only 1 individual pizza kid size). Waiting for an hour for it. They need to work on ordering or something. This is my second time with this problem.

I went out to dinner with my family, and the service was amazing. The lady at the front, I believe her name was Andrea, was super attentive and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and that we didn’t need anything. Overall, the service was 10/10, and I would definitely come back.

This place is good for the buffet**** remodel location but still a good time for big and small groups. Buffet 11-2pm be getting full always a good time and can request a pan pizza they’ll put it out and its good to grab 🙂 peace
