Their menu isn’t very big, which I actually appreciate , it shows they focus on doing a few dishes really well.
We ordered two normal thalis (Our Thali), along with masala chaas and nimbu pani. The thali looked beautiful colorful, full, and it smelled amazing. It had a bit of everything: dahi, dal, aloo, papad, naan, and more. I really enjoyed it!
It wasn’t as salty or spicy as in India, but still very tasty, clearly adapted a bit to European tastes, which you can feel right away, but it doesn’t take away from the wonderful flavors. Everything was so good!
The staff was really nice and professional, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to come back with more friends next time!
I am usually someone that always eats meat with every meal. Here, it didn’t feel necessary at all. The tali platter was more than filling. It was tasty, diverse and accomodated for the fact that I am lactose intolerant.
The service and the vibe was just as great, can’t complain about anything. We even got a small extra dessert since we were celebrating a birthday.
Price-wise, paying less than 100€ for 2 persons having drinks, entrée, main dish and dessert almost felt like a steal.
We will 100% be back and are happy to have moved in the same neighborhood as this restaurant
Our favourite indian in Brussels, truly tasty, authentic, cozy interior and very welcoming.
LOCATION. This beautiful restaurant is located in the “Quartier Royal”, a nice area in the center of Brussels. The place is large, with nice tables, pleasant atmosphere.
SERVICE. Extraordinary. The waiter in the room explained the dishes to us with kindness and professionalism. Excellent attention to the needs of the client. important to book your place.
FOOD. Excellent vegetarian food. The vegetables and the accompanying bread are very good.
Price. Adequate
NB. Dogs not allowed
There was good selection of dishes in Thali. There was familiar taste but you can still notice chef’s signature touch in them.
The drinks and desserts on offer were also very unique. A must visit if you are in Brussels.
I really enjoyed the appetisers: Masala papad, paneer tikka and pakoda.
For the main dish: i had the traditional Thali and everything was delicious.
The services was great and waiters were friendly.
The only downside is that we were place at the entrance and we could feel the cold from outside.
The decor is very cozy and nice.
I recommend for those who are looking for something different and vegetarian.
