Everything was great! We brought our boys in for a some weeknight fun and dinner. It was almost empty there were only two other parties in and we were the only one with kids. We were a little disappointed with the games, although my kids had fun there were quite a few machines out of order. It’s been a while since we’ve last visited and overall it was great. Gotta tell you that the service was top notch! The girl that greeted us was bubbly and filled with happiness. She made the first impression so welcoming. And my Mom special requested a vegetarian pizza for buffet, when it was ready the girl came to our table to let us know that it was fresh out of the oven. To me that was AWESOME!!! Since we were there to celebrate my Moms birthday. And they even made this Birthday meat pizza that was one of my favorite flavors. Next up was this Alfredo sauce chicken pizza…tasted identically like the great white pizza from round table pizza. The salad bar was nicely stocked and they had good music playing in the background. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you Shakey’s for making the day special for my family. We will be coming back and recommending this location to everyone. Just one thing that I miss from the old Shakey’s was cinnamon rolls or a dessert pizza. But I’m sure you’ll work on it in the future.

Pizza dry, mojos not crispy, but oily & soggy. No flavour. Spaghetti dry as well. Staff quite rude when I was waiting for dessert pizza. Just really not an overall positive experience.

Not so much “bunch for your lunch”… So it’s been some time since we have been to this location, and had quickly been reminded as to why. This location leaves lots to be desired of.
For as much as one pays for ‘bunch of lunch’ for 2 people, one would think they would keep the lunch bar replenished, right? Between the hours of 12-1p, the lunch bar will be empty – once the Pizza runs out – completely. They wait 15-20 minutes for it to be restocked. When you ask where the items are, they tell you “one minute…”, – and of course, with attitude.
If you’re on your lunch hour, one minute for them, is 20 – 30 minutes for a working person (factoring travel time and such).
It’s obvious they need more staff in the kitchen. There’s one lowly person rambling around in there, while the servers walk around cleaning up the tables. Funny thing is, no food means – no dirty dishes. There isn’t much for the servers to really clean up.
Conveniently, the food bar area gets restocked up to 12pm, then, they wait till 1 Ipm to do it again.
I hope someone points out this review to them so they can make it right for all of their paying customers and not lose any much needed business.
Sadly, I hate to leave a poor review for this establishment as I have been enjoying Shaky’s Pizza since I was a kid. But if you’re in a hurry for lunch, and you’re watching your budget, this is not the place for you.
You’re better off walking across to street and getting quality meal from ‘The Hat’ than coming here.

Went for lunch buffet and enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was great, and the food was hot and fresh in the buffet bar. I even asked for a special veggie pizza, and they made it quickly and brought it to my table. The tap beer was very chilled.

This location is very accommodating, came last minute with a party of 25 and Leslie the manager sat us with no hesitation and went over the menu with us helping us with our order. If you guys need any last minute reservations they will accommodate. The food was also delicious and came out fast. I would rate this location a 10/10. Thank you for having us

Food was alright, service was awful. Girl behind the counter had a major attitude. The girl doing the prizes was nice. The machine to check fun card balance didn’t work, and a few of the games didn’t work. The seating is way too crowded and it seems they have a hard time keeping up with the lunch rush. Was not impressed.

Shakey’s Pizza is our family’s go-to spot for gatherings, and for good reason! The restaurant is consistently clean, setting the stage for a comfortable dining experience. The pizza here is simply delicious, with a unique taste that keeps us coming back for more. The crispy chicken is mouthwateringly delicious, and don’t even get me started on the mojos – they’re absolutely amazing! Whether it’s a casual meal or a special occasion, Shakey’s never disappoints.
