went tonight. waited behind a couple was being served. after they were helped, we thought we were going to be served next, the kid went to the back, we waited patiently thinking maybe he went to the bathroom. He came back, visibly disturbed we waited. Angrily scooped out ice creams and went to the back immediately after we paid. We sat near by and saw more ppl stop by and wait, it was 740pm. He came back out, with aop. Ignored them and proceeded to mop. They waited to be helped and walked away. This happened two more times with other groups. I guess they dont need the business!

Ice cream was delicious. I ordered two scoops and they were huge scoops. Dan was extremely helpful letting me taste the new flavors. He was very friendly. Two scoops was about six dollars. it is inside the valley Hills Mall, on the lower floor towards the old Sears. When I googled it, it did not tell me that.

Ice cream is absolutely delicious. What a nice Christmas treat. The teenagers working…not one bit of personality with the customers. They just stared at us, completely annoyed that we were there. Not a single greeting or word came out of their mouths. They need training to be polite or something. Everyone complains about customers being rude, but as paying customers, we’re tired of rude children who choose to work in those jobs. It goes both ways.

Loved my milkshake and the kind gentleman behind the counter serving us helped my mom decide after a couple of samples of different ice cream flavors. The lady at the register was helpful and rang us up while we waited for our milkshakes. Would definitely return if I am in the area.
