I ordered a pizza for delivery and after waiting 1 hour I called back and the pizza was never made. I was told that it would be remade and would take another 30 minutes. Nope not going to happen. I went to another pizza store. I was told it was the system’s fault. What a way to run a restaurant.

Its kinda crazy to me the fact that I work 4 miles away from the place and I cannot get a delivery to me when I have gotten it before several times but now im out the distance so you only deliver to people inside a 2 mile radius or what like how can I not get a delivery 4 miles away when I get an order over $30 most times and have them a 10 tip. I dont know how many people I can say that are like me but there are a bunch of me where I work busting out cars all day long and I cant get pizza from the place I actually like in the area crazy…..

The pizzas and other similar menu items are excellent. We’ve generally had a very positive experience with the food here, though I will say that the boneless chicken wings were pretty disappointing. 10 wings for $10 wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that the chicken was dismal and most of what we got was basically little pieces of fried batter rather than chicken. I wouldn’t recommend the boneless wings, but the pizza items are amazing.

How difficult is it to put the correct pizza in the corresponding box? Apparently extremely difficult at this location. Every few months I give them another chance to wind up hungry and disappointed. I can forgive the forgetting of sauce cups and red pepper, but how do you send out a cheese pizza in place of pepperoni magnifico? Not once but several times.

I’ve been waiting for this pizza all night long and they treated me so rude they gave me the wrong Pizza I ordered banana peppers not jalapeno peppers you can see on the pizza that they’re jalapenos and on the order they treated me right they wanted to give me a credit for tonight I was hungry now I don’t want no credit she was rude I’ll never go to Michael’s again I ordered so much pizza from them I would never go back and I’mma call the owners tomorrow talking about I said let me speak to somebody in charge she was I am the manager and she was rude didn’t offered me no solution this was the West Saginaw store Saturday April 30th 2022 believe me until all my friends on Facebook and everywhere not to order from this location ever! She hung up on me so I guess they stole my $23! For their mistake delivering a burnt pizza and with the wrong items on it so she makes me feel bad I don’t think so this isn’t over!

It was my first time ordering pizza from this place. It didn’t take to long for the order to be ready, just 15 minutes. I ordered 1 large all cheese and 1 small garden pizza. Both were delicious. The place was nice and clean but it’s small just for takeout, no dinning in. The staff are friendly.
I can’t give more than 3 stars because I didn’t try all their products and I’ve been there one time. I recommend this place.
