It’s kind of expensive. About double Steak n Shake prices.
I ordered “The Big Shack”. Even the pickles were fresh as a pickle can be. Big Shack has middle bread, a la Big Mac. It would be nice to have a “sensible big Shack config” option that moved the cheese away from the middle bread. Then when the middle bread gets soaked in grease, and it will be, you can just discard it.
With that said, it was a delicious meal and I heard a guy who paid over $10 for a shake (peppermint bark chocolate) say it was absolutely amazing. Mine was only $5 and it was amazing too.

Stopped by the new Shake Shack in Zionsville and was really impressed! The burger was cooked perfectly — juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, and the coffee shake was rich and creamy with great flavor. Everything tasted super fresh and well-prepared.
The only downside is the price — about $21 for a burger, fries, and shake, which feels a little high and close to what you’d pay at Five Guys. The quality and service were excellent, and it’s great having a new spot like this in town. I’ll definitely be back.

It took 25 minutes to get our order of a burger and a chicken sandwich and fries at 8 pm on Saturday and they were not very busy. We ordered the burger well done because we had seen another review with pink in the burger which we expected to be a smash burger. It was not well done and was pink and overall did not taste great and was very greasy. Overpriced for slow service and poor quality food. We didn’t get the extra side of sauce we paid for either. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this shake shack.

We were the only people in there. It took a while to get our food. We ordered burgers and fries, and the burgers were pink and cold. The fries were super hot but had no flavor. The burger also had no flavor it just tasted like grease and lettuce. We did fill out a review and get a gift card to go back which was nice. We will probably wait a while or go to the other location.
After a month we went back and it was worse. Will never be back. The burger was so greasy and raw. It was disgusting. The only good thing is their milkshakes.

We dined here for the first time and the food was fantastic. What made the experience perfect was Bridger at the front counter. He was fantastic and nothing short of exemplary.
He is the type of individual that should be training others how to bring an already delicious dining experience to another level with customer service alone.

Once again, they leave something out of our order. They also undercooked my burger. There was about a 30 minute wait and it is not even worth it. I could spend half as much at Steak n Shake or Culver’s and have better food and service

Overall the food was delicious. However, chose the “well done” option for mine and my sons burgers and they were still pink on the inside (thankfully not raw like others have stated). I would hate to see what the burger looked like if I hadn’t chose the well done option.

Really good burgers, fries, and especially shakes! I would recommend spreading out the ordering screens or adding more because it can become a bit crowded by the door. I will absolutely come back!
