Get the Shroom burger! First time trying Shake Shack and had very realistic expectations for a fast food place, but oh my goodness – genuinely loved the Shroom burger!! What a little mushroomy, cheesy, crunchy treat!
Fries were far too salty for me but alongside the Shroom burger I didn’t care. Also on me for not choosing the no salt option.
Staff were also super friendly and this store was super clean.

I took the Korean style limited fried chicken, the sauce of it is really good and makes the chicken to not feel dry. The fries are crispy and good.
Overall I had better service experiences in the past, now I had to wait 25 minutes for it to be ready which is not normal.

Visiting from Toronto & just had to get shake shack! This is actually the best location I’ve had it at. The staff were nice, the location was clean & the burger was perfect. Not too heavy or greasy, exactly what I needed. Yum!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a shake. My mother’s order was smoke burger, fries and a mango drink with boba.
As soon as my food came out, I looked at my bacon. It wasn’t cooked thoroughly to me so I took it off. Once I saw a worked, I asked if they came remove the bacon and reimburse me for that, the difference between a bacon cheeseburger and a cheeseburger as I wasn’t going to eat the bacon .
The worker went and got the manager, I believe his name was Tyler or Taylor. He was very pleasant and professional. He was direct without overstepping that he couldn’t reimburse me for just the bacon but he totally made the situation right with a very fair decision he made.

I love Shroom burger at Shake Shack more than any burger here. I even more crazy when they have seasonal special sauce like truffle. Sadly I can’t order online for the special menu, I need to go to the location to get it. I wish they have truffle menu all year round.

I recently visited the Shake Shack in Williamsburg. Overall, the experience was okay — not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. The food was consistent with what you’d expect from Shake Shack: decent burgers, crispy fries, and a good milkshake. However, the service felt a bit rushed and the atmosphere was just average, especially compared to some other locations that feel a little more lively. It’s a solid option if you’re in the area and craving a burger, but probably not worth going out of your way for.

Best Shake Shack I’ve been to, to date! One of the top in the franchise for sure. Staff was nice and helpful. The store looked and felt clean and in order compared to other locations. The food was excellent and everything was hot and fresh. Orders were right and they were quick. We saw people ordering and picking up food, as well as delivery pick ups all moving in fast timely manners with no lines. And best of all they actually sanitize and take temps of the food!!!

Ordered the Avocado Bacon burger. It was quite an underwhelming burger. The amount of avocado and bacon was ok, but even that wasn’t enough to make it stand out. It’s a thoroughly average burger that definitely wasn’t worth the $13+ price, even with the buy one get one free deal. If I order from here again, it will only be for their good mushroom burgers.

This shake shack location gave me food poisoning. I mean vomiting uncontrollable. Not sure if it was the burger or the cheese fries. Either or this is highly unacceptable. Please don’t eat here. Much better options in Williamsburg.
