Amazing! Everything. All the guys in the crew were happy. So easy to order. Arman’s customer service was awesome. Greeting almost everyone who came in and said to direct any questions his way. When our food was ready Arman brought them over and asked if we needed anything else. I got 2 lettuce wrapped double burgers and they couldn’t have been better. Juicy and fresh. Food is definitely made to spec. My boss loves the hot dogs. Also the lemonade is pretty good. We would return.
The spicy fries made my friend cry because they were too spicy. Baby. He couldn’t finish them but my boss did.

I’m a regular at this Wayne location, the food consistently delivers, perfectly heated, great presentation and good taste.
The staff genuinely shines here, they’re friendly, bring your food to the table and always check if you need anything else. Service stays surprisingly fast despite the constant crowds.
However, recent visits reveal some issues. The ordering kiosks have become laggy, making what should be a quick process tedious.
More problematically , table cleanliness has declined. Tables aren’t promptly cleaned after customers leave, and mine wasn’t wiped down before I sat.
The food quality and attentive service keep me coming back, but management needs to address the kiosk performance and implement better cleaning protocols.

I’ve been to Shake Shack plenty of times, so I already knew the food would be delicious, and it absolutely was. But what really set this location apart was the exceptional service. The staff made me feel like I was at a full-service dining restaurant, not a fast-casual spot. In particular, David was incredible, attentive, kind, and genuinely personable. My interaction with him is truly the reason I’d come back to this Shake Shack. Outstanding experience all around!

I have been to couple of times to shake shack in Chicago. But In New jersey this was my second time. Always shakeshack has the best Veggie Burgers. I have tried them all and I Love them especially mushroom burger. I tired their lemonade its so refreshing. However this time I tired their new Dubai Pistachio shake. Honestly my experience was above average. The entire shake has lot of toasted Kataifi after having 2 spis my stomach became full. It dominated entire shake and could get the real Pistachio flavour. I wish they can modify some quantity to put in or else u can ask them to put less Kataifi if anyone feels the same like me. Service was super friendly and welcoming. The tallest person in that staff (sorry I forgot his Name) has welcomed us and provided the best service even they are in a rush to close. Ambience was great and super clean tidy tables. There was no wait time and our ordered was quickly made. This store has outdoor seating as well try to come here during sunset have lemonade and burger with your fav one. We also found parking for free so quickly. Overall experience is great but only thing I disappointed was about Kataifi dominated flavour which felt soo heavy.

What you need to know about Shake Shack is that their burgers are bomb. On par with Five Guys and Habit Burger. Fully customizable toppings with options like gluten free bun and fried mushroom for vegetarians! I’m always satisfied and this location has the friendliest staff too!!

I loved the food and the service! Hannah and Justin at this specific location made this a one of a kind experience! They pleasantly gave me and my dad food with a smile and offered if we needed anything else! Great service! The food was served fresh off the grill and tasted amazing. The deal on the kiosk was great and helped saved me money!

When we walked in, David saw my family looking for a seat after we ordered on the kiosk. The place was busy. He noticed that the booth we chose was dirty and immediately offered to have it cleaned. He did it swiftly and offered to bring us sauces while we waited for our food. I asked for a high chair and when I asked to use his sanitizing wipes for the chair, he was very considerate in offering the information that those wipes should not be in contact with the skin. I truly appreciated that since I had the wipes near my 10 month. The service here was better than the fancy restaurant I went to this morning for brunch.

Food is always made fresh and staff is really polite and helpful!
I really recommend the chicken sandwich. I know it’s a bit of an unpopular pick but it’s highly slept on!
You’ll usually never have to wait a long time when ordering ahead as well.

I was completely blown away by the level and quality of service I received today. I don’t think I’ve ever had such good service at any other restaurant in my life! I came to the Wayne location today with intentions of going to Cava, but Cava had an insanely long queue, so my husband and I decided to do Shake Shack instead (next door). Normally if I’m craving a burger, I go to Habit Burger Grill, but today’s experience has completely converted me to Shake Shack from now on. Firstly, we were warmly greeted by Wael at the register. He is by far one of the FRIENDLIEST people we’ve ever met! He was so incredibly helpful, helping us decide what to order and navigating through the different options. He had a huge smile on him the entire time (even with other Customers) – he brought such a warm, welcoming vibe to the restaurant!! Wael, you are absolutely fantastic and have expert customer service skills, keep up the great work!
We then sat down outside, waiting for our food, and Patrick came to our table and asked us if we’d like any additional sauces with our meal. We were indecisive on what to choose as we hadn’t tried them before, so Patrick brought us every single one to try! I was BLOWN away by the generosity and customer service skills!! He then explained every single sauce to us, one by one, and even made some great recommendations as to what sauce + food combinations he loves. Patrick, you are an absolute STAR!!! He checked on us a few times too to see if we needed anything else, I was completely amazed and blown away by the customer service at this location. They treated us better than a luxury restaurant?!? It was so refreshing! Patrick then packed up the remaining sauces for us to take home and enjoy. Patrick, I am a SAUCE. GIRL. and you sealed the deal for me by introducing me to all of the different ones Shake Shack offers. They were fantastic.
And the food…. Freaking spectacular! It tasted SO SO fresh, I physically felt so good afterwards, didn’t feel like crap at all (and burgers usually make me feel like crap!). You can TASTE the quality of the ingredients, it was 10000% worth it.
Patrick and Wael – you are both fantastic human beings. Thank you so much for giving us such an enjoyable experience. I will be back for more soon, and will be telling my friends all about the Wayne location (#1177) ! I can’t thank you enough for making our day. Keep up the great work, you’re awesome.
