I ordered a burger well done, which was clearly selected in my order. What I received was a burger that was very undercooked and pink in the center. This isn’t a matter of preference — it’s a food safety issue.
Shake Shack is known for quality and consistency, which is why this was especially disappointing. When a customer asks for well done, that should be respected, no exceptions. I couldn’t finish the burger after seeing the inside.
For the price and reputation, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

We came for dinner and everything went great. It was clean, fast, and the staff was SO attentive. Yanni brought our food and checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Food was fresh and great.

This is a really nice place it was very calm for us we went around 10:50pm and i got some nuggets and a strawberry drink. The drink tasted very fresh and cool and the nuggets were like fresh powder so yummy.. I’m so coming back here!

Fries, onion rings and chocolate shake were great. The chicken sandwich had Way too much salt. I couldn’t eat it. The lady up front was very good.

Ms. Jacquia was AMAZING! She was friendly, genuine and extremely efficient and helpful. Most importantly, she was patient with my students who were ordering from her, especially because they have some difficulties since they have special needs. Ms.

Very disappointing experience at this Shake Shack location (The Falls). The service is not good. Today I picked up my order and part of it was missing from the bag. This is not the first time this has happened. I had to go back to the counter to address it, which defeats the purpose of ordering efficiently. On top of that, the restrooms were dirty, which is unacceptable for a place like this. Overall, poor attention to detail and unreliable service.

We’ve passed by Shake Shack so many times and every time we pass by I always say we should try this place. Well today we made a point of trying it out. Plenty of seating, the kiosk for ordering was user friendly and they have lots of choice for eating (burger, chicken, hot dog and mushroom) and the restaurant is as clean. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and a side of fries. The food is made as you order it so that’s a big plus. When the burger got to the table I was disappointed. It’s seemed so much smaller than the picture and the presentation was subpar. However the burger did taste good and the bacon was cooked perfectly (crispy but still a little chewy). The fries were standard. The sever who brought us our food (Sabrina) was very pleasant and the manager seemed to be a very sweet and accommodating person. The greeter was polite and willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was pleasant. Too bad that burger looked like a kids meal.
