This restaurant was clean, cozy, had excellent food and great service. The food was piping hot and the ingredients were fresh. The bread served before our meal was right out of the oven. Our server was genuinely sweet and greeted us with a smile each time she came back to our table. I would definitely come back here again.

This was our first time dining at Maciano’s. It will NOT be our last. I haven’t had Italian food this good since I’ve been to Florence. The linguine & clams were scrumptious, as was the complimentary bread on the table. My husband enjoyed his cheese pizza. Service was good. Our server was friendly and efficient. I can hardly wait to try everything else on the menu!

Maciano’s has been our favorite thin crust pizza for several years, but the quality has been quite disappointing for our last two take out orders. First order, toppings were quite sparse, with mushrooms almost undetectable. This time the crust that normally is superb was like dry cardboard, and the cheese unevenly distributed, with it far too concentrated in the center. As much as we’ve loved the pizza in the past, we’re not a hurry to order here anytime soon.

We were shocked to find melted pieces of plastic underneath the cheese on our pizza, which explained the strong chemical taste while eating. When we called the restaurant to report it, we were told “not to worry” because it was just the melted cheese bag. Instead of refunding the order, they initially offered only a $15 refund. The next day, we received a call saying the pizza would be refunded, but we still had to pay for the rest of the order. Considering that we unknowingly ate pieces of plastic, this response was very disappointing. A coupon was offered, but we will not be using it.

We had a really nice dinner here for CS Restaurant Week. Chicken Marsala and Frutti di Mare – both were excellent. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. We each had a salad to start. House and Caesar. Again, both were very good. It was busy but the service was efficient and attentive. We haven’t been here in a while – we just don’t think of it. But we’ll be back for sure.

I have been a customer about 5+ years. I loved your pizza initially. Sadly the last three orders have been below par. I tried this last time but was disappointed. Thick layer Sauce only near the crust edge and cheese from 1/3 away from the crust like it slid. I ask for well done crispy crust and has not been. Sadly I will move on to another pizza

We ordered two pizzas for carry out. When I got them home, both were way overcooked. The edges were burnt black and even the toppings were burnt. I called to get a refund since we didn’t want to wait for new pizzas to be made but they would only offer me a $15 store credit. We went with new pizzas and put them in the fridge for the next day because we weren’t hungry by that time. Two trips to the restaurant and I even had to bring in the bad pizzas because apparently I couldn’t be trusted. Bad food and bad customer service!

Their thin crust delivery pizza is one of our go to dinners! It’s always hot, delicious, great toppings ratio, and we always buy more than we need for the two of us to make sure we have leftovers. Reheating in oven for maximum first bite is key! They are wonderful!

The thin crust cheese pizza was alright, theres some other pizzas i would probably like more when I compare it to the price. We got a large which is supposed to feed 3-4 but 2 of us could almost finish it. Pretty greasy and it was kinda burnt, bottom of the crust had a lot of salt on it. Staff was very friendly though! I dont like giving a bad review, im sure theres other great things on the menu, cheese and sauce had a good flavor

Started with the calamari and had it sent back because it was so chewy and fishy. Got the mozzarella sticks instead. Tried the Alfredo pasta and added mushrooms and broccoli, Alfredo was watery with no flavor. My daughter got the bbq chicken pizza and didn’t care for the rubbery, potent onions. Honestly, only thing we liked was the pizza we built.
