I went and ordered from the kiosk (cashless). I provided my number and my order was fast for dining in. My sandwich was smaller in size, but the taste was fresher and quality better than the other popular spots. My lemonade was okay, needed more sugar. Ketchup wasn’t included there is a self serve station provided. Overall it was good ans worth trying for yourself.

Nice place and overall good experience. Ordering by kiosk when you walk in is fast and convenient. You enter in a phone number and receive text messages updating your order status. The staff brings out the food to you. The wait was short and the food was hot. The order was accurate. Over all on the pricey side in my opinion, but the burgers, fries and shakes taste great and are high quality. I recommend stopping in if you are in the area

Update: Went back to Shake Shack in June 2025 and ordered to go, ordered a double burger and only got a single. It’s unfortunate how much things cost to get an order wrong and be charged $3 more for a double and not get it.
Went to Shake Shack for dinner, ordered burgers and fries to go. The store was clean, the workers were friendly and greeted us right away to place an order. We were not ready to order, so we stepped aside to look at the menu and the worker was readily available once we decided on our food. Once our order was placed, we were informed it would be an 8-10 minute wait. There was some seating available while we waited. Our order was ready in the 8-10 minute window. Our food was still warm when we got home and we enjoyed the meal.

If I could I would give it a negative review. Ordered my burgers and shake and while waiting I witness the cook spray a chemical on the walls near the grill. I asked what it was and was told it’s to make the walls shine. They don’t care about their customers getting sick anytime you spray a chemical so close to food. Asked for a return and was given my money back.

This place I can say was a great experience Alston waited on us and the food was delicious and my wife is the most picky person in the world and she enjoyed it.. good service and a team of professional staff members treated me like a king here.. stop by and get the same experience I received today. This place had a little loud music so I could not make calls properly but the food was good. I ordered a small veggie burger and black and white shake. The patty was wider than the bun itself so I cut it with the fork to bring it to the same radius so that I can eat it clean without spilling. The flavor of the patty was nice and unique, a little extra salty but I liked their veggie burger, definitely worth a try! The smoothie was rich and creamy.

My husband and I tried this place after hearing all the hype. We were severely disappointed. First, they only offer cashless options. OK, no biggie. I ordered 4 burgers, 4 fries, a 6 piece chicken bites, a root beer float and a strawberry shake for a grand total of….. $82.03!! One would think the burgers had golden flakes mixed in the beef or something. The root beer float had no ice cream and whatever it was they mixed in with the root beer melted. Tasted like water and sugar. The strawberry shake tasted more like plain Greek yogurt with chunks of strawberries. The burgers were dry, even with the shake sauce. The only appetizing item was the fries. I never got the 6 piece chicken bites but instead got 2 orders of cheese fries. My husband didn’t even eat his smokey barbecue burger because the barbecue sauce tasted like metal and sugar. This was definitely a one shot deal. I could have spent way less and got better tasting food from Five Guys. We will not be repeat customers.

This was my first time. I got a double with onion. Very very good but not very filling for $10. Not too greasy. Customer service was decent, friendly, but it took over 10 min and I was one out of two people in the entire store. Typical corporate music playing. Tables were a little dirty and chairs weren’t tucked in. I get it if it’s peak time but the staff had only one take out order and our two small orders. Should take an extra few minutes to make sure things are tidy. I will be going back.
