I finally got around to trying Shake Shack to cross it off my bucket list. Now I wonder…
Why have I waited so long? Absolutely lives up to the hype. Excellent burger, perfect crinkle cut fries, and an unnecessarily delicious Shake.
On top of the food, I got great service from an attentive staff, who actually came out and checked that everything was good. I have never had service this good from a place where you order at the counter.

We had another wonderful experience at this Shake Shack location. Last week, we placed an online order for pick-up and ate inside the restaurant, but our food had gotten cold because we didn’t account for traffic. When the manager asked how everything was, we told her it was our fault for ordering too early. Even though we took responsibility, she still gave us a free shake card and a $25 gift card to make sure we left happy. That level of customer care really impressed us.
We visited again today and used the gift card to enjoy two amazing burgers. Our original plan was to eat Mexican food, but the two restaurants we went to were so dirty that we decided to return to the one place we trust for cleanliness and quality: Shake Shack.
Huge thanks to the manager and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and consistently great service. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Whenever I’m asked where I’d like to go for lunch or dinner, or even in a spur-of-the-moment “Are you hungry?” situation – Shake Shack doesn’t always immediately come to mind. However, whenever someone suggests it or tells me we’re headed there, I’m instantly excited and reminded that I should keep it top of mind more often.
The burgers are consistently flavorful and well-prepared, and the crinkle-cut fries are always a standout. It’s a dependable choice that never disappoints and is always worth the visit and drive.

Absolutely no complaints with this Shake Shack. This was mine and my family’s first time and our experience was way over expectations. Ordering our food was so easy, it came out fast and fresh and looked so appetizing. When we tried our burgers, we were amazed; the patties were cooked perfectly, the buns were so soft and warm. The fries were so good and with the cheese and bacon on top just made it 10 times better. The shakes were absolutely amazing, and the manager, Arriana was an absolute sweetheart when telling her about our experience.

I dined with my partner a few days ago. The restaurant had a nice, dimly lit atmosphere and lots of seating. We ordered a milkshake, fries, a drink, and a burger. The service was excellent and the restaurant staff are very kind. The food was excellent, although a bit pricey. The tables were a bit dirty, but everything else was good!

My server was very helpful and polite. He patiently guided me regarding menu variety. The hamburger was delicious (pricey, but good).
The place needs an upgrade. It was not dirty per se, but it might be the area where it is located.

We ordered a chicken sandwich, 10 chicken bites and two milkshakes. It came to $33.51. I wouldn’t complain but both milkshakes were almost warm and the consistency of plain milk. For 5.99 I would expect something better. Never again. The food was mediocre at best.

Their sticky toffee pudding shake is delicious and the fries were nice and crispy. I appreciated seeing them honoring the fallen and missing veterans with a Missing Man Table.

First time here, great burger, got the truffle burger and it was great, not to dirty not to clean it was perfect. Place seems like a family or quick bite, but staff treats like five start, great job staff and food
