I have never posted a bad review but i have to tonight ☹️ I promise I’m a nice person, I just want to show the avocado I received on my burger tonight. All slices are already decomposing on the inside and mostly black, I normally wouldn’t make a negative post this but I am pregnant and this amount of decomposition poses a health risk to my baby because of bacteria that could be growing on it. I just want others to be aware and the restaurant to know avocados shouldn’t look this way when serving to the public. I am adding photos to show!

Very nice environment, great music, DELICIOUS food. Nice people here and generally helpful, but I think they just need to pay a bit more attention to order specifics because my wife and I ordered the same combo but mine without bacon and add avocado, and they made them the exact same with bacon and no avocado. Still, they gave me a side of avocado for free. I also think they are a tad overpriced and need to offer discounted combos like most other “fast food” places.
For our first time here, overall, however, it was a nice visit for a quick Friday night fun meal. Oh, and they have both counter and self-serve options.

Typical shake shack quality burger – we tried a few things that were new to us.
The chicken nuggets are oily and the batter is floury. Ranch is very thick. The garlic parm fries are good – the fries just have parm on them and the accompanying sauce provides a huge hit of garlic. The onion rings are a pretty pathetic portion, but they’re very good – they bite really well and aren’t oily.
This location isn’t busy at all – parking is free albeit limited close by. The street parking is easy and the larger lot isn’t that far away.

Burgers? Emacculate. Fries? Delicious. Frozen custard shakes? Effin’ chef’s kiss. This is the BEST burger spot & the atmosphere is so modern. They even have tasty veggie options for the days you decide to count calories lol. If you’re bored with the basic burger joint, you should definitely give Shake Shack a try. Thank me later.

Unfortunately, their website is not very clear on how you pick up your order when ordering online. It clearly states that you have three options. Pick up at location, drive-through or delivery. Well, when I arrived at the Location I ordered online they have no drive-through. I had to pay for parking in a downtown garage for $11 walk about a quarter of a mile to get to the restaurant and then of course my food was cold by the time I got home. It is unfortunate. This all happened as I was looking forward to trying a shake shack burger, which I’ve never had before. But I doubt that I’ll go back here again.

The location was nice, and away from the hectic downtown area of Nashville. Still only a couple minutes from downtown too. Food came out quick and was made to perfection! I always love the seasonal shakes they offer ❤️ so good.

however, the other speciality drinks were expensive and bitter. I got a burger and a shake which was delicious but I couldn’t drink but half it’s so rich. yum. for me, my daughter and grand daughter and it was #70:00.

Food was served in just cheap paper wrapper instead of the usual boxes, staff was fine, place was empty, vibe was below average, good to eat if you live around there but not up to the standards of other shake shacks and the premium pricing they demand.
